We have had a great experience working with SYA so far. Our current SYA agents are doing an awesome job assisting our clients with their issues and questions. They take time to troubleshoot and do their best to resolve issues without having to escalate them. We also have a great Tier 3 Tech support person a part of our team and he is awesome. The agents team supervisor, Olga is great to work with. We meet on a weekly basis to review the metrics. She is always looking for ways the team can improve.
