I have been trying to get a copy of my bill. sounds simple. Was a workers comp dr visit, they didnt send workers comp the bill. somehow these jokers got the account and put a mark on my credit, and all attempts to get a bill are met with resistance. transfer me 5x then pull it up and says my birthday is wrong so they cant help me. Or ill send it to your email, and dont send it. I honestly dont know how it can be so hard to simply get a bill. Numerous phone contacts across 2 weeks, being transferred and blocked 5-6 times every call. They just want you to give them money. Complete and utter lack of any training or social skills. If you owe these guys money, I pray for you.
