Overall Experience

SupportYourApp caught my eye a while ago due to their PCI DSS certification. I am a CTO in a cybersecurity company, so I know how valuable these certifications are and what they really mean. My team has been searching for a partner with the same dedication to security as SupportYourApp had for a long time. We are very glad to have found them when we did, because we signed on right before the storm of cyberattacks started. Both, our own and the SupportYourApp protective measures ensured there was absolutely no possibility of leaks or damages to our data, which couldn’t have come at a better time. The best thing is that our support agent is on the same wavelength with us. He is as interested in the world of cybersecurity as our in-house team, which means we always understand each other and have common ground we can connect on. We are always in sync and connected which provides us with plenty of touch points when it comes to collaboration and communication.

Overall Experience

We are an e-commerce company from Canada. We get around 20-30 chats daily, and our initial outsourcing goal was to find a professional team who would take customer communication off of our hands. SupportYourApp not only provided us with the specialists we needed. They also constantly make sure we get the services we need when we need them. Our Delivery Manager is always available to answer our questions and tweak our agent’s processes so that we have an optimal customer communication. SupportYourApp are very flexible and adaptable, and they always make sure we feel comfortable, and our customers get the service they deserve. Communication skills and flexibility — these two are their strongest suit, at least for us.

The COVID-19 crisis was a big hit for us. We had to cut down on our expenses and, sadly, our in-house customer support was one of the first expenses that we had to cut. After short consideration we started to look for an outsourcing partner. Someone had to take care of our customers after all. The support market was overloaded with different call center offers, but SupportYourApp stood out. They were energetic, thrilled and optimistic — something that we didn't expect to see in the time of crisis we were facing. Moreover, after we started talking to them, we understood that they would be a perfect fit for us because they already had experience in supporting products similar to ours, which means that they had the necessary experience. That was just what we needed. We were not ready to spend a lot of time setting up and training the team. We needed them to start their support right away. And even though the conditions of the launch and the time were very strained and stressful, SupportYourApp didn’t fail us. They have been a great help to us and our customers from day 1. Their team and management have impeccable communication skills and can talk and calm down even the most angry of customers. In conclusion, SupportYourApp has become a valuable part of our team, and we are very thrilled to keep on working with them.
