Over the past year we have tried almost every sales and marketing tactic you could imagine. We have spent a sizable portion of our budget on traditional marketing tactics including billboards, direct mail, newspaper ads, radio ads and much more with very little to show for it. During this time we have completely revamped our Google analytics tracking and goals so we can see what marketing efforts are working, a seven page dashboard to easily see these results to make better and faster assessments of our efforts, an seo keyword audit and effective seo strategy implementation, an on-page seo strategy for our website, an overhaul of our SEM and Google ads, creation of Facebook campaigns customized to our audience on an individual level, re-marketing campaign strategy for both Facebook and Google ads. The results speak for themselves. Almost 100% of our leads are coming from digital tactics, we have drastically increased the volume of leads, and we are able to see exactly which sources those leads are coming from so we can allocate more resources to the better performing channels. Not to mention we are now top of page for our most needed google searches. As a company we are now looking to drastically reconfigure our budget based on this success and will be considerably reducing our spend on traditional efforts. Each week I am asked if there are any hot projects that need addressing and we have a slack channel that allows us to be in constant contact if I should have any immediate needs. For many years our PPC and social media marketing was managed by a growing company from the Bay Area. We were offered a very lucrative and "well managed" deal from the folks at Ma Bell (AT&T) to switch and overall that was transparent for a period of time. Slowly there was a drift in the results of our campaign and the "well managed" went to pretty much non-existent management with a lot of smoke and mirrors. Kevin at Velocity offered us the positive, hands on experience we had with our original program and more. Velocity has the kind of reporting and feedback that makes it easy to adjust our program to make sure we maximize our results even when sudden changes in the market occur. One piece of advice I can give based on my personal experience, if you consider making a switch to Velocity be warned that your existing company will most likely try to instill a great deal of fear, telling you that you will suffer loss of revenue and 6 months for the new program to be viable. This kind of gibberish is just that, we had a seamless experience and in about 40 days our business actually increased.

Polar Advertising has been great getting our auto repair and performance tuning shop off the ground. They helped us get a website up fast, and listed us with local listings and social media like Yelp. Google ppc has been something we've always considered, but the cost stopped us from starting up a campaign in the past. Our account manager walked us through the potential leads per cost we could get and created a campaign that fit our budget. So far things are going great and we've been getting customers! We really love working with our account manager. Sometimes he's a bit direct, but it's good because we feel like we're getting the truth. He's also very responsive, always responds to emails and calls back promptly if he doesn't answer a phone call. Can't recommend them enough!

"I liked the culture and methodology used by Rave Infosys' team. Many other companies we consulted wanted to have a six-week study and draw the whole thing up. They wanted to employ change management and charge us every time we wanted to move a field from the left to the right. I didn't want to get bogged down into that level of change management. Rave Infosys allowed us to define the 10,000-foot level, create some basic wireframes and logic, and talk until we'd evolved the platform to where it needed to be. The most important thing to share is that Rave Infosys' delivered on time and within budget. They did what they needed to do, actually making a huge change 60 days before our go-live date. I can't say enough about our partnership with Rave Infosys. We're now undertaking a move to Magento 2, which will require a complete rewrite from scratch since the technology stack has been completely changed. I can understand this happening after the 10-year life of the platform, but we caught a bad break by going live one month before Magento made the announcement. I have enough confidence in Rave Infosys to start over again. Lastly, I would like to add Rave Infosys is a partner, not a vendor. I think that this says it all."

Websites Depot, in total, just a super company to work with overall. They wrote an article for my business that I wanted placed on my home page, because I needed text badly. My SEO just wasn't working. They didn't just throw something together, they really researched my site. Their article had everything: calls to action, optimization, they even got a better picture than the one I had. Bobby, in particular, was super helpful. He followed up with me, day after day, just to make sure everything was good. Professional all the way. One thing: they are based in LA. They aren't cheap. It was worth it, though. I still look over the emails they sent me, because I'm still getting useful information from them. I'm actually going to contact them for some stuff I'm working on coming up. My company's grown quite a bit, and we weren't small before. I recommend hiring them if you're a big company. If your marketing budget is solid, they can give you so much for even a test run that's not so big.
