My commercial roofing company in Atlanta, GA, hired Dedicated Developers to develop an iOS app for our internal team to use to help during roof repairs, to better document roof issues prior to bidding for the job. I had the wireframes already completed and Dedicated Developers finished our UI designs and developed and successfully launched our app. We encountered a number of technical challenges as what I was asking has neven been done before in the industry and the team didn't give up until they were solved. The developers were collaborative and worked to ensure our app worked for all of our team members' devices. They also created a Master admin panel for our office. Now they’re working on making final adjustments and tweaks. Having this app has increased our internal efficiency by 37% and we’re able to elevate our customer experience and have much higher accuracy in quoting jobs than before we started using the app. The reception from our staff has been very positive. We’re killing it at the moment with our online sales, thanks to Insignia Nexus. We’ve seen 6 times the return we had last year and they know what they’re doing. We’ve been working with Howard and he’s been on top of it. Our Ecommerce site is doing great through Google Merchant Center and our Amazon store is also seeing twice the growth. When it comes to advertising I was trying to figure it out before them and its their attention to detail and the minute adjustments that have allowed our store to take off. Couldn’t ask for a better team to work with on our store.
