They did not help us achieve anything. They tanked performance for currently running campaigns, and any new campaigns they launched did not perform well. They were included in our RFP process because they claimed to have expertise in both B2B marketing and Healthcare Tech marketing. We quickly realized they had neither. Instead of working to optimize campaigns, they continued to increase the target cost per acquisition, causing the quality score of one long-running successful campaign to drop from 8/10 to 2/10 and increasing our CPA of $20 to over $300. They would ask us for advice on how to optimize campaigns in our weekly calls. We handed over a massive amount of reading materials. Everything they asked for - buyer personas, messaging framework, competitive intel. It seemed like they never bothered to read any of it because, after nine months of working with us, they still didn't understand our audiences or products. That was an issue that could have been solved with them just trying a little bit. What could not be solved was the fact they didn't know how to manage paid search campaigns. If you don't know anything about digital marketing, they might be able to fool you. Their team of paid search managers needs training, plain and simple. I had to spend several hours going through the work they did and making notes on how to fix the poor performance - that's what we hired them to do! Fortunately, we are experts in digital marketing, and we just needed people to execute the work, so we realized quickly that they were not helping our business and, in fact, making the situation worse. We did not stay with them for the entire year. They made us pay for one additional month when they didn't do any work and called it "offboarding." They also pad the hours and say they did a lot more than they actually did.

I have been using Marion for over 12 years. Their service has always been excellent, but, the neat thing is that it continues to get better as they stay on top of the ever-changing digital landscape. Let me start this review by saying that I've worked with numerous agencies and vendors for digital marketing, but none have touched the white glove experience and unprecedented performance delivered by Single Origin. They managed to optimize our ROI with paid ads that had a 48% CPA reduction on our previous vendor (and doubled the lead generation per dollar spent). I contacted TBH Creative in late October 2020 to inquire about having an ecommerce website designed for my new business. After the initial meeting, and after noticing the favorable reviews TBH has received, I felt confident to move forward with the project. From the start, Tatum and her team proved to be extremely knowledgeable of web design, and very effective at delivering coherent "user friendly" communications. Tatum personally reviews all work done by her team, and in one instance when she noticed an assignment could be provided at a higher standard than what was presented to her, she informed me of the issue, and was apologetic for the slight timing delay. Tatum then applied extra effort in response. At the end of the project, I tested the website and suggested a few adjustments; Tatum's team made the adjustments within a quick turnaround time. As part of the close of the project, a member of Tatum's team provided me with an hour long training session which was very informative, and Tatum shared with me several SEO and marketing tips. Even with the slight unanticipated delay, and Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's holidays, the project was completed to my satisfaction in approximately 3 months(the initial anticipated timeline). I plan to utilize the talents of Tatum and her team for future add-ons/upgrades.

Marketing is very important to legal practices and which are guided by the board of professional ethics. Tank created a easy to use, graphically pleasing website which represents our non-profit perfectly. I feel like we have a great working relationship and they are responsive to our needs. They are professional and easy to work with. There are a few issues with the website that the software will not accomodate, like forced line breaks but overall, easy to use. We worked with 9th Wonder for our website and branding redesign and are really happy with the results! I approached TargetMarket in 2012 with the project of creating a website for my graphic novel, Dawn Patrol, which I'd been working on for many years. The challenge was in that each page was not a digital drawing like many comics and graphic novels, but each page is a hand drawn, highly detailed pencil art, with each chapter being nearly 40 pages in length. TargetMarket's web designers were able to figure a way to display the story in the way I was envisioning, to give the viewer the feel of reading a book while flipping through online pages. The designers were able to come up with backgrounds and graphics that perfectly complimented the look I was hoping for on the main page, and the final product was even better than I'd imagined it would be. TargetMarket also guided me through the trademarking process and assisted with legal verbiage for intellectual property rights as well. Several years later, the method of online viewers had changed and while in 2012 most people were still laptop based, in 2018 most people were tablet and device based, and our desktop-laptop friendly site needed some updating to keep up with changing viewer technology. TargetMarket was able to rework the site to be fully viewable on a device/tablet while keeping the look and theme of the site the same as the original. Now my story is viewable to more audiences and it has opened up more viewers through the website link on Instagram. Overall I am very happy with TargetMarket and am looking forward to working with them in the future.
