As the Executive decision maker for a small business in Denver, I've found that outsourcing SEO duties is imperative, especially when you have made significant changes to your online presence. Social SEO, formerly Pikes Peak SEO has been fantastic to work with. We have seen growth, and significant increases in organic traffic for most of the time we've used Social SEO. We've had several contacts there and all have been very professional. My only reason for not leaving five stars is that in our three or so years of service, we've had four different contacts working on our account. Don't get me wrong, the service is still worth it, and all of the Account Managers have been great, but it is hard to start over with a new contact and explain your business needs, website details, etc to a new person every six months to a year. There was a period of time (with one Account Manager) that nothing really seemed to be happening in terms of our website and feedback. In all honesty, I think that particular contact, though she was always very friendly and professional on the phone, was just too busy to take the time to do a lot with our account. I can tell that Social SEO is growing, as they have movement internally with their staff and have even promoted one of our Account Managers (which is why we no longer work with her). They are obviously doing something right. Our current AM is excellent so far--very responsive, and pays attention to details. Listen people, you're never going to find a perfect SEO vendor, but if you want to gain in organic traffic, conversions, and want a team of people who actually know what they are doing, give these guys a try!

I've been working at Ignite for almost 4 years and it has been an incredible ride of company growth, innovation, challenges and fulfilling to be a part of. - First off I have to say "hats off" to the owners, John and Krish that have handled the current COVID-19 situation with exceptional care. Safety of employees was their #1 concern in addition to being flexible with clients who've greatly affected. The owners did everything from the start to make sure that everyone was able to keep their jobs which made me even prouder of working here. - There is lots of room for growth as many employees get promoted 1-2 times per year with raises and an every expanding bonus structure for all employees. - Constant new innovation continues to improve the sophistication of our work so you are always learning something new. - Management is always hiring an advance so employees handle a reasonable client load vs. other agencies I've worked which expect them to handle 2-3 times the amount of clients. I heard this over and over from our new hires. This also results in our clients getting the work and attention that they deserve. - The owners and management is always looking for feedback on how to keep improving the agency. When any issues arise, it is attended to ASAP. - Flex work hours are great along with work from home days. - A great huge office with lots of perks. (loaded snack bar, amazing coffee machine and tea selection, free lunches 2-3 times per month, shuffleboard and great outside patio) - There is usually a fun event each month whether it's a happy hour, social event, padres game, day at the track, in addition to great holiday and anniversary parties. - Management also does a great job of hiring amazing people that are great to work with. I've seen lots of great friendships develop here over the years. I'm looking forward to seeing many of my co-workers once life gets back to normal after COVID.

We used Kickstart at the last practice that I worked. We went from having a very outdated and bad website with almost no online presence to a practice that got most of their new patients from the Internet. We really liked the fact that they are a small company and although they did make some minor mistakes in the beginning, they really gave that practice a major boost in new patients.

The intent of Webimax (all of the staff that we have been in contact with) is very clear when working with them. They want to understand what it is you are searching for exactly, they are great at listening and implementing any feedback you may have, and are very flexible when you have certain requests. They want to create the best possible plan for you. Our company specifically is very keen on being able to create content as much as possible ourselves, and so we very much want to be in control of whatever is created for us by Webimax. They allow and encourage our input without a problem and they seamlessly adapt to our wishes and requests. On top of that, after just having been their client for nearly four months, we have already seen very positive results. They just sent us their plan of action for our fourth month with them, and we simply had no comment, it looked great. This goes to show that they take their time to understand the feel of the organization and what it wants, yet are quite fast at grasping that. We are very grateful to have found them, and I will recommend them to anyone.

Lounge Lizard is a great company to work with! When we started looking for a website company to design our new website, Lounge Lizard's work spoke for itself plus they were very clear on the process. We looked at other providers, but the designs were elevated when it came to Lounge Lizard. The project process of getting the new site up with all the content was fluid. They use a great collaborative tool that made the process easy, and the meetings kept us involved and up to date with all edits. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. The team at Lounge Lizard are the best! Everyone we worked with was easy to work with and super helpful, even after production they still assist us when needed. We couldn't be happier with the choice to have them as our website designers!

They did not help us achieve anything. They tanked performance for currently running campaigns, and any new campaigns they launched did not perform well. They were included in our RFP process because they claimed to have expertise in both B2B marketing and Healthcare Tech marketing. We quickly realized they had neither. Instead of working to optimize campaigns, they continued to increase the target cost per acquisition, causing the quality score of one long-running successful campaign to drop from 8/10 to 2/10 and increasing our CPA of $20 to over $300. They would ask us for advice on how to optimize campaigns in our weekly calls. We handed over a massive amount of reading materials. Everything they asked for - buyer personas, messaging framework, competitive intel. It seemed like they never bothered to read any of it because, after nine months of working with us, they still didn't understand our audiences or products. That was an issue that could have been solved with them just trying a little bit. What could not be solved was the fact they didn't know how to manage paid search campaigns. If you don't know anything about digital marketing, they might be able to fool you. Their team of paid search managers needs training, plain and simple. I had to spend several hours going through the work they did and making notes on how to fix the poor performance - that's what we hired them to do! Fortunately, we are experts in digital marketing, and we just needed people to execute the work, so we realized quickly that they were not helping our business and, in fact, making the situation worse. We did not stay with them for the entire year. They made us pay for one additional month when they didn't do any work and called it "offboarding." They also pad the hours and say they did a lot more than they actually did.

Let me start this review by saying that I've worked with numerous agencies and vendors for digital marketing, but none have touched the white glove experience and unprecedented performance delivered by Single Origin. I contacted TBH Creative in late October 2020 to inquire about having an ecommerce website designed for my new business. After the initial meeting, and after noticing the favorable reviews TBH has received, I felt confident to move forward with the project. From the start, Tatum and her team proved to be extremely knowledgeable of web design, and very effective at delivering coherent "user friendly" communications. Tatum personally reviews all work done by her team, and in one instance when she noticed an assignment could be provided at a higher standard than what was presented to her, she informed me of the issue, and was apologetic for the slight timing delay. Tatum then applied extra effort in response. At the end of the project, I tested the website and suggested a few adjustments; Tatum's team made the adjustments within a quick turnaround time. As part of the close of the project, a member of Tatum's team provided me with an hour long training session which was very informative, and Tatum shared with me several SEO and marketing tips. Even with the slight unanticipated delay, and Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's holidays, the project was completed to my satisfaction in approximately 3 months(the initial anticipated timeline).
