We had a previous development partner, but they weren’t very proactive. When we provided a very clear and detailed idea of what we wanted, they would deliver exactly that. They lacked that extra nuance and understanding of programming, e-commerce, and general web design to give us recommendations. We were missing that, and that is the main reason we switched to Rave. They have recovered several e-commerce website complications from a previous developer. They began with an audit of the Magento platform and has continued with fixes, including an updated shopping cart.

We were in a hurry of developing the application as it was hindering our efficiencies. We gave them strict deadlines and Rave did not disappoint. Their willingness to listen and think through challenges, rather than trying to apply instant fixes, resulted in application that exceeded our expectations. We didn't just build a business deal together; we built a relationship that has strengthened over time and will contribute to the long-term success of our organization.

We approached Rave Infosys for site design and development. We wanted an agency who are specialist in eCommerce and can take up our business idea for a high-quality and design-driven product photography from concept to brand, through to launch and branding.
