CloudMasonry exceeded our expectations in every respect. As an organization, we had very little experience with SalesForce customization or utilization and needed an attentive firm that could build solutions and provide guidance for a highly unique, dynamic business model in a regulated industry. It was obvious from the initial scoping meetings that the CloudMasonry were experts in custom SalesForce solutions development and they got our team up to speed on their proposals very fast considering our lack of experience. Throughout the engagement, they were fully on top of the deliverables, timelines, and communication cadence, owning much more of the project accountability than I expected and guiding our stakeholders through the development decisions and strategy. On top of it all, the team is fun and easy to work with and their work product is elegant and efficient. The (reasonable) cost was more than worth the results, and I would not even evaluate other vendors for our next SalesForce build needs.

We hired Dedicated Developers to help us build and design both hardware GPS sensors used in the transportation industry as well as the web application and mobile apps to monitor the sensors. The sensors connect the transportation sector to the Internet of Things (IoT). It was challenging to find developers that had the complete package of skills we needed for this project. Lots of companies had the software skills, but not very many had the hardware skills. We were thrilled when we found Dedicated Developers, because they were able to do both the hardware and software designing for us. The hardware they created are sensors used to monitor a wide variety of things for the transport industry. The sensors can monitor speed, acceleration, elevation, breakdown, GPS route coordinates, and then transmit all the data through the cellular network. Our clients can then see all the data points within the centralized application control panel to fully monitor their cargo. They did a lot of initial research and were able to suggest hardware components and sensors that would be the best configurations that would reduce the costs during mass production. They helped us figure out the best components that are reliable, durable and cost effective, so the total hard costs for each finished sensor goes down, and profits go up. They were able to bring the total cost of each unit down by 21%. They were creative while building the prototype sensors, which they were able to do quickly within a couple months. The software they created to run and monitor the sensors uses the latest cutting-edge technology, and connects our industry to the Internet of Things, which is fast, efficient, responsive and very well designed. The hardware sensors they created for us are top notch, and the monitoring software to run and monitor them has been very well received by our clients. It’s been able to make our company a cutting edge leader in our industry.

Five (5) years ago we selected Exigent as our trusted IT partner, and boy are we pleased that we did! CanAm is a small business, and we did not have the proper resources to maintain servers, deploy software upgrades/patches and keep up with evolving technology. We signed our agreement with Reliable Technology Services in July 2018. Our project included all new cabling throughout our offices and manufacturing plant, Cisco network switches, new Cisco firewall, web filter, new UPS devices for severs, backup software for the servers and 16 new desktops configured and data migrated. This was a huge undertaking we have never experienced prior. Jason and his team were excellent to work with, very courteous and professional. Our organization was concerned about ransomware attacks and phishing scams, so we required TruAdvantage to train our staff on how to protect their data. First, they assessed our existing security measures, identified areas of concern, and devised an action plan for enhancement. Subsequently, they furnished us with ransomware and phishing protection software, addressing vulnerabilities in areas we were previously unaware of. They implemented patch management to ensure our new security system undergoes regular network assessments and updates for ongoing protection. Furthermore, they initiated an extensive training program to equip our team with the knowledge needed to navigate our new safety protocols and measures. While they provided all the necessary materials, the training sessions were conducted remotely due to their location in a different part of the country than us.

Cloudience also setup our Microsoft Teams infrastructure with voice and conference features for global team collaboration. They helped us establish and certify secure FDA email communication and integrated a 21 CFR part 11 compliant signing workflow. The introduction of a robust password vaulting system on the Cloud added an extra layer of security for our sensitive data. Cloudience connected all our lab equipment safely to the network, making data accessible with least privilege access. Line of business software and equipment was secured behind advanced firewall and protected by immutable 3-2-1 backups.
