CloudMasonry exceeded our expectations in every respect. As an organization, we had very little experience with SalesForce customization or utilization and needed an attentive firm that could build solutions and provide guidance for a highly unique, dynamic business model in a regulated industry. It was obvious from the initial scoping meetings that the CloudMasonry were experts in custom SalesForce solutions development and they got our team up to speed on their proposals very fast considering our lack of experience. Throughout the engagement, they were fully on top of the deliverables, timelines, and communication cadence, owning much more of the project accountability than I expected and guiding our stakeholders through the development decisions and strategy. On top of it all, the team is fun and easy to work with and their work product is elegant and efficient. The (reasonable) cost was more than worth the results, and I would not even evaluate other vendors for our next SalesForce build needs.

The team at BitxBit has responded quickly and effectively when we have a problem come up, or when we need to procure new equipment. Robert, Rusty, and Joseph as well as all the other techs are always available to answer questions or look at issues and get us back up and running as quickly as possible. BitxBit helped us save money by getting us away from a T1 circuit and switch over fiber as well as getting all our computers upgraded to stay current with security standards. At the same time, the Team converted our phone systems from a PBX style to a new VOIP telephone system with modern features. Five (5) years ago we selected Exigent as our trusted IT partner, and boy are we pleased that we did! CanAm is a small business, and we did not have the proper resources to maintain servers, deploy software upgrades/patches and keep up with evolving technology. Nor did we want to – we wanted to focus on our core business. We signed our agreement with Reliable Technology Services in July 2018. Our project included all new cabling throughout our offices and manufacturing plant, Cisco network switches, new Cisco firewall, web filter, new UPS devices for severs, backup software for the servers and 16 new desktops configured and data migrated. This was a huge undertaking we have never experienced prior. Jason and his team were excellent to work with, very courteous and professional. Reliable worked within the time frame that was outlined and the project was completed on time. The difference between our prior IT services and Reliable is unbelievable. Reliable has done such an amazing job in getting everything switched out and moved to a new environment with very little down time. When we need any type of service, we put in a ticket and we get an immediate response. We had not worked with a customer service ticket environment before, but have been very surprised how well this system has worked for us. We have been assigned a team member that has been with us since the project began, they know the system in and out and are able to handle any situation that has arisen. We had to move most of our office staff to remote connections once the COVID lockdown started. We started having a lot of problems that our It service couldn't get fixed. We found IT Support on Google and they did a remote security and network scan for free and gave us a report. That's when we found out how bad our old IT was. We switched and Yuri and his team at IT Support LA fixed everything. They're quick, responsive, and we couldn't be happier.

Our organization was concerned about ransomware attacks and phishing scams, so we required TruAdvantage to train our staff on how to protect their data. First, they assessed our existing security measures, identified areas of concern, and devised an action plan for enhancement. Subsequently, they furnished us with ransomware and phishing protection software, addressing vulnerabilities in areas we were previously unaware of. They implemented patch management to ensure our new security system undergoes regular network assessments and updates for ongoing protection. Furthermore, they initiated an extensive training program to equip our team with the knowledge needed to navigate our new safety protocols and measures. While they provided all the necessary materials, the training sessions were conducted remotely due to their location in a different part of the country than us.

We have been with Unapen for over a decade and the team never fails to help us. Not only are they quick at rectifying problems with our computers, but they are on top of issues like cybersecurity threats. When we need to acquire additional equipment they are very helpful in advising us on the best equipment for our needs and where to find the best prices. Also, management is always available to discuss any issues. I receive frequent invitations to switch firms but I can't think why I would.

IT Specialists has been our IT Company since June of 2000, and I can honestly say is the oldest vendor we have. The phone company, cable company, even the power company has changed in that period. Our offices have expanded, personnel increased, and billing multiplied many times, yet we’ve found no reason to change our IT service. There is a simple reason for this, the SERVICE offered by your company. Other media companies we deal with are constantly having problems with the IT equipment, we on the other hand have had very little. Being a National Advertising Corporation it’s important that we are never in a down mode. I’ll wager our total downtime has been less than a total of 1 full day over the 23 years you have been our supplier. By following your suggestions on equipment, security, data backups, power backups and operations we’ve NEVER had a major hacking or loss of our data. That to me is a very impressive record. Now don’t get me wrong, we’ve had some rather loud discussions about our operations and what is best for us, but with your training, almost every time your suggestions have been not only time savers, but in the long run financially sound for us. Something else that we have benefited from is your call-in service for minor problems. Your staff is respectful and has found work arounds when conditions seem impossible. Cloudience designed and implemented a full Microsoft 365 tenant. This included a SharePoint Site design along with a Godaddy and Dropbox migration to SharePoint. Cloudience also setup our Microsoft Teams infrastructure with voice and conference features for global team collaboration. They helped us establish and certify secure FDA email communication and integrated a 21 CFR part 11 compliant signing workflow. The introduction of a robust password vaulting system on the Cloud added an extra layer of security for our sensitive data. Cloudience connected all our lab equipment safely to the network, making data accessible with least privilege access. Line of business software and equipment was secured behind advanced firewall and protected by immutable 3-2-1 backups.
