We have been using Velo IT Group as our IT support for a little over a year. We have been extremely happy with their performance. Onboarding was smoother than expected and support has been exceptional since then. When we have had system issues, it's been refreshing when we call to hear that they're already working on the issues and recovery time has been very quick with a minimum of downtime. I've also appreciated the fact that they are constantly monitoring our system looking for ways to make it better and more secure.

Meriplex—it wasn’t that hard to keep us a happy and loyal customer! The IT company you acquired, CPI Solutions, did it seamlessly for years. When Meriplex took over, service plummeted immediately. We were never assigned an account manager, meaning there was no point of contact, no accountability, and no one ensuring our needs were met. Response times became unacceptable, and unresolved issues piled up with no clear resolution. The breaking point came when Meriplex left our entire company down for over eight hours due to a botched firewall transition. Their team was completely unaware of the change and had no plan to resolve it. After hours of waiting with no answers, I had no choice but to seek another IT provider, who fixed the issue within minutes. When I raised my concerns, I was met with silence and indifference. I escalated multiple times, but my complaints fell on deaf ears. And now? Instead of acknowledging their failures, Meriplex has trapped us in legal disputes over termination fees they refused to disclose upfront. They deceptively got us to sign a new contract by bundling existing services into a cybersecurity proposal—without making it clear we were committing to an entirely new agreement. These fees were never mentioned during our 60-day transition period but conveniently surfaced only after we had fully exited their services. Meriplex represents everything wrong with IT acquisitions. CPI Solutions ran a highly responsive, customer-first operation for years. Meriplex had one job: Don’t break what was already working. Instead, they have shown zero accountability, poor service, and predatory contract practices. If you’re considering Meriplex, learn from our mistake and look elsewhere. We would have gladly remained a long-term customer had they provided even a fraction of the care that CPI Solutions did—but instead, they drove us away and are now trying to squeeze us for fees.

I have worked with our team at Resultant for five years now and can't imagine life without them. Our organization has developed an amazing relationship with Resultant that is more than just an IT helpdesk. Icreon was initially hired to develop and launch a new website. Since handling that, they now support our site and internet system; those are two applications that are tightly coupled together. Our intranet is a homegrown system developed by an internal team member. Since then, that person has left. Icreon stepped in and did a complete audit of that intranet. Per that evaluation, they made some modification changes and continue to support it to this day. They support us in every way from new features and functionalities to taking care of any problems we encounter. Icreon isn’t only our support mechanism, they’re also our development team for the website and intranet system. They handle all the front- and backend development tools. There’s a strong emphasis on digital transformation, inventory platforms, and e-commerce. We have a lot of content on the site we need to manage. Our product management system is Drupal-based. We’re currently working on a big project with Icreon to enhance the e-commerce platform. It’s going to be a complete rewrite of the existing site and auditing of the intranet.

We were seriously impressed with the top-notch work and professionalism that Indeema brought to the table. They tackled the development of firmware for our IoT devices, making sure everything runs smoothly and functions at its best.
