Opti-Star set us up with industry best practices and support. They were patient, as none of our team are especially technologically savvy, and made learning the new software platforms a breeze. We operate in confidence that our data is secure, our files properly stored, and we know Optistar support is only a message away if we have problems. Given all the competing priorities we have to manage as a new organization, knowing we're taken care of on the IT side of things is nothing short of a gift. Cannot recommend Optistar enough!

Optistar responds quickly to issues, resolves the issue in a timely manner and will often follow up. Their technicians are thoughtful and understanding.
