Went BEYOND my expectations!!!! I called Powerful IT to see if my PC could be tuned up. It was older and running very slowly. Nazar remoted into my system and looked every thing over. He then explained to me why my PC hardware was just not able to keep up anymore. I was half expecting this due to the age of the computer, but had hoped to squeeze a bit more life out of it. More importantly, the prospect of trying to figure out what to replace it with was not something I looked forward to. I am good at using a computer, but I don't know much about what to buy! Nazar and I hopped on a major retailer website and he patiently walked me through several options until we settled on one that would work well for me and at a price-point I could afford. I was so relieved! I tried to pay Nazar for his assistance (he was on the phone with me for 46 minutes) but he refused saying he didn't fix anything.
