I really appreciate the overall responsiveness of everyone at ClearCom. Randy and Chris consistently close the loop on all of my questions and everyone takes a proactive approach to our tech needs. I always feel like we are partners and that ClearCom is really thinking about our needs and issues and making decisions that are in our company's best interest. Lately, I have been getting a good number of follow up calls from different team members keeping me updated. ClearCom makes my life / job easier and that is a huge differentiator from our previous service provider. ClearCom states that they have our back and their practices prove it.
