Overall Experience

As a RingCentral partner, Unity Communications has one of the best technology sales support teams built for companies today. Our projects with the Unity team involve customers ranging from large enterprise customers to small SMB with their phone system requirements, implementation, and ongoing customer care. The team did a very thorough job with technical requirements that required research, proposals, and spreadsheet details, and immediate response when required. Very detailed, they created a global response team in the USA, Philippines, and Costa Rica that allowed an extremely effective and high level of communications via omnichannel (Phone, chat, CRM). We highly recommend Unity Communications for your next project. What stood out the most, was their flexibility and easy terms to make our business procurement process much easier. Their back office that handles tech support, customer care, and sales support is one of the leaders in our industry.

Unity Communications has one of the best support teams built for technology companies today. We recently were able to take care of a very large enterprise customer with their phone system requirements, implementation, and ongoing customer care. The team did a very thorough job with technical requirements that required research, proposals, and spreadsheet details, and immediate response when required. They created a global response team that allowed an extremely effective and high level of communications via Slack, Phone, and Zendesk. We highly recommend Unity Communications for your next project. Their back office that handles tech support, customer care, and sales support is one of the leaders in our industry.

Overall Experience

Unity Communications helped us solve a unique H.R. problem that other BPO companies could not. Unity Communications provides the back end support for our Tier 1 customer service and tech support for our software as a service (Saas) and is simply amazing. We were able to increase our engagement time with our customers as Unity Communications took care of all of the customer service, Zendesk tickets, tech support, and will call customers to schedule important project managemet tasks. The level of professionalism and skills are a great way to provide support for your customers.
