Started in the year 2009, Unity Communications is a US-based BPO located in Gilbert, Arizona with offices in the US, Philippines, and Costa Rica. We provide business models, customer care, telecommunication services, technical support, and administrative services outsourcing solutions to SMBs and enterprises globally.

As a small BPO company that is privately owned, we offer more flexibility, accounts mean much more, and we answer, not to shareholders, but to clients. We are committed to taking care of our partners' best interests. We offer a 30-day back office team program with A/B testing for startups. Also, we provide no long term commitments, contracts, and 1 FTE minimum. Overall Experience

Unity Communications helped us solve a unique H.R. problem that other BPO companies could not. We are enjoying their team of stellar customer support and data-collecting representatives, and are looking forward to a continued successful partnership. During the process of onboarding these reps, we had to perform minimal troubleshooting as Unity has a team of dedicated technical resources who have helped us immensely along the way.

Unity Communications provides the back end support for our Tier 1 customer service and tech support for our software as a service (Saas) and is simply amazing. We were able to increase our engagement time with our customers as Unity Communications took care of all of the customer service, Zendesk tickets, tech support, and will call customers to schedule important project managemet tasks. The level of professionalism and skills are a great way to provide support for your customers.

Overall Experience

Unity Communications provides various services, including voicemail restarts, troubleshooting with customers, and placing orders. They speak to our customers every day and help them with anything related to their cellphones. The team is responsive and incredibly easy to work with. They receive consistently positive feedback and have reduced the number of errors made by the customer service reps. Unity Communications has grown from one to 12 people within the last year, providing high-quality service.
