There isn't enough I can say about BCA IT, Inc. All of the I.T. Service personnel, staff and the owner, Ken Henao are consummate professionals, highly skilled, expert in their services. Their "bedside" manner is 100% in the best interests of their customers, fast and readily available, they actually CARE!!! What a remarkable company led by Ken. Mary Cramer-Scharlatt

I am a consultant who provides software and development services to ERP and logistics businesses. One of my clients had a huge issue with their digium reseller and they were literally $50k per day in business cut off, 20 extensions down. I called BCA and within an hr a technician was at my clients door. Rebuilt the entire phone system from scratch, ported over the numbers and got us up in one day. After that, they migrated them to digium cloud and they could not be happier. This company is professional, efficient, Honest and knowledgeable.
