Tank created a easy to use, graphically pleasing website which represents our non-profit perfectly. I feel like we have a great working relationship and they are responsive to our needs. They are professional and easy to work with. There are a few issues with the website that the software will not accomodate, like forced line breaks but overall, easy to use. I have been trying to get a copy of my bill. sounds simple. Was a workers comp dr visit, they didnt send workers comp the bill. somehow these jokers got the account and put a mark on my credit, and all attempts to get a bill are met with resistance. transfer me 5x then pull it up and says my birthday is wrong so they cant help me. Or ill send it to your email, and dont send it. I honestly dont know how it can be so hard to simply get a bill. Numerous phone contacts across 2 weeks, being transferred and blocked 5-6 times every call. They just want you to give them money. Complete and utter lack of any training or social skills. If you owe these guys money, I pray for you.

SUW Design & SEO is a top notch, full service SEO company based here in southern Utah but has clients who are serviced throughout the country. You are NOT an account number to the folks at SUW. You are treated with personal service and help to answer your questions and are responded to quickly. Other companies offer "packages" with a "one size fits all" approach. Trust me, I've tried that and it doesn't work. You need to have someone who personalizes your business to how your customer will find you and make your online cash register ring. SUW Design & SEO is the best for that, bar none.

I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website. Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday.com, which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project. Kobe unethically did not refund money for the half of the project that was unfinished.

I'm the founder and CEO of a travel company that specializes in vacations for very high income individuals. Before we met with Big Gorilla, we had run a lot of Facebook and Google ads, but our results were lacking. We had the pleasure to work with CutCanvas on a multi-faceted project: the shooting of a short adventure film and multiple marketing mini-videos for commercial brands. The CutCanvas team has been extremely professional during the whole project: from the briefing phase, through the pre-production preparation, to the filming and the post-production of the materials. He then implemented measures to insure that my website was secure with an array of "state of the art" security and authentication measures to insure that I had full control and safety of my website. This included a complete duplicate rewrite of my website using a superior website development platform. I learned the hard way that security of a business website is of utmost importance and if you are going to spend big bucks on a website the developer better know how to secure it and keep it secure. My positive experience with Chris in these regards along with his reasonable fees has earned my trust and has caused me to request his services in other areas including search engine optimization, social media marketing, and messaging refinement, all of which are now ongoing. I believe in personal relationships with people that are highly competent, enthusiastic, honest, trustworthy, and CREATIVE. I have found Chris to have met this criteria entirely.

We are currently working with Aptitude 8 to implement Outreach.io and integrate it with our Salesforce instance. We've mostly worked with Kaitlynn Sirotkin and she has been fantastic. Many times she has jumped on a last minute screenshare with me to walk me through changes she's made and has been great at communication and follow up. She offered (I would never ask!) to push changes on a Saturday so as not to disrupt our weekday workflows and was even emailing with me hours before taking off for her own wedding. I never would have gotten through this implementation with out Kaitlynn and Aptitude 8. It's rare to find this level of customer service and I'm so appreciative of it. Would highly recommend!

Websites Depot, in total, just a super company to work with overall. They wrote an article for my business that I wanted placed on my home page, because I needed text badly. My SEO just wasn't working. They didn't just throw something together, they really researched my site. Their article had everything: calls to action, optimization, they even got a better picture than the one I had. Bobby, in particular, was super helpful. He followed up with me, day after day, just to make sure everything was good. Professional all the way. One thing: they are based in LA. They aren't cheap. It was worth it, though. I still look over the emails they sent me, because I'm still getting useful information from them. I'm actually going to contact them for some stuff I'm working on coming up. My company's grown quite a bit, and we weren't small before. I recommend hiring them if you're a big company. If your marketing budget is solid, they can give you so much for even a test run that's not so big.
