I've been working at Ignite for almost 4 years and it has been an incredible ride of company growth, innovation, challenges and fulfilling to be a part of. - First off I have to say "hats off" to the owners, John and Krish that have handled the current COVID-19 situation with exceptional care. Safety of employees was their #1 concern in addition to being flexible with clients who've greatly affected. The owners did everything from the start to make sure that everyone was able to keep their jobs which made me even prouder of working here. - There is lots of room for growth as many employees get promoted 1-2 times per year with raises and an every expanding bonus structure for all employees. - Constant new innovation continues to improve the sophistication of our work so you are always learning something new. - Management is always hiring an advance so employees handle a reasonable client load vs. other agencies I've worked which expect them to handle 2-3 times the amount of clients. I heard this over and over from our new hires. This also results in our clients getting the work and attention that they deserve. - The owners and management is always looking for feedback on how to keep improving the agency. When any issues arise, it is attended to ASAP. - Flex work hours are great along with work from home days. - A great huge office with lots of perks. (loaded snack bar, amazing coffee machine and tea selection, free lunches 2-3 times per month, shuffleboard and great outside patio) - There is usually a fun event each month whether it's a happy hour, social event, padres game, day at the track, in addition to great holiday and anniversary parties. - Management also does a great job of hiring amazing people that are great to work with. I've seen lots of great friendships develop here over the years. I'm looking forward to seeing many of my co-workers once life gets back to normal after COVID.

We looked at other providers, but the designs were elevated when it came to Lounge Lizard. The project process of getting the new site up with all the content was fluid. They use a great collaborative tool that made the process easy, and the meetings kept us involved and up to date with all edits. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. We hired Dedicated Developers to help us build and design both hardware GPS sensors used in the transportation industry as well as the web application and mobile apps to monitor the sensors. The sensors connect the transportation sector to the Internet of Things (IoT). It was challenging to find developers that had the complete package of skills we needed for this project. Lots of companies had the software skills, but not very many had the hardware skills. We were thrilled when we found Dedicated Developers, because they were able to do both the hardware and software designing for us. The hardware they created are sensors used to monitor a wide variety of things for the transport industry. The sensors can monitor speed, acceleration, elevation, breakdown, GPS route coordinates, and then transmit all the data through the cellular network. Our clients can then see all the data points within the centralized application control panel to fully monitor their cargo. They did a lot of initial research and were able to suggest hardware components and sensors that would be the best configurations that would reduce the costs during mass production. They helped us figure out the best components that are reliable, durable and cost effective, so the total hard costs for each finished sensor goes down, and profits go up. They were able to bring the total cost of each unit down by 21%. They were creative while building the prototype sensors, which they were able to do quickly within a couple months. The software they created to run and monitor the sensors uses the latest cutting-edge technology, and connects our industry to the Internet of Things, which is fast, efficient, responsive and very well designed. The hardware sensors they created for us are top notch, and the monitoring software to run and monitor them has been very well received by our clients. It’s been able to make our company a cutting edge leader in our industry.

We contracted with CTR+ALT Digital to create several animated videos for both promotions and trade shows and also our corporate video which allowed us the opportunity to tell our story. They have a knowledgeable and professional team members that made our VOI team feel at ease every step of the way.We were thrilled with the end results and already have new video concepts in process. Sometimes managing my team here generated more changes than were allowed so it would be nice to have a few more change rounds to arrive at the final. Sometimes two rounds just is not enough...most of the time it is plenty. Overall working with the CTR+ALT Digital team was easy and professional. We've enjoyed building our YouTube channel to house the videos and our most important trade show was a multimedia success! Our Annual Orders (one of the videos) were up 50% and web sales up over 300% so far in 2019 which has exceeded our conservative expectations. Not only do our current customers understand our purpose, new customers "get it" in fewer conversations.

I inherited the Ave 25 relationship when I joined Nevoa Inc. as Marketing Director in April 2017. I have worked with and for agencies throughout my career. One of the biggest mistakes Marketing Directors, VPs, etc., make (in my opinion) is coming in to a new position and immediately firing the incumbent agency for another that they have worked with previously. I asked to meet with them to learn more about their overall capabilities, and from that initial meeting I knew they were a unique, small group of incredibly talented, passionate branding/marketing professionals. They created a branding and positioning for both Nevoa Inc. and for the new product offering that were both integral to everything that came after that point. We knew our voice, our persona, how we want to sound and act with the multiple target audiences we identified. It was incredibly powerful and incredibly helpful to keep our (also small) team focused on how best to brand, market and position our company and our products. From there Ave 25 designed a new website, a tradeshow booth, retractable banners, and more. We started building an application for our new business in 2018 and have used them ever since because of their flexibility, and the "partnership" we've forged. Our company is still too small to manage/create/hire an internal software development dept, so NN continues to fit the bill.

I own an online Pet Store and they’ve done a fantastic job with our site and the Amazon advertising portion. We’ve been incredibly profitable and are seeing a significant return. We’ve had 3 advertising providers in the past and I can say that our experience was very different with this firm.
