After a career in marketing with Coca-Cola and Starbucks, we launched a startup in a new industry. Unfortunately, we quickly overwhelmed a small digital agency and searched for a team with deeper expertise and broader bandwidth that could keep up with the pace of our business needs. We contracted with CTR+ALT Digital to create several animated videos for both promotions and trade shows and also our corporate video which allowed us the opportunity to tell our story. They have a knowledgeable and professional team members that made our VOI team feel at ease every step of the way.We were thrilled with the end results and already have new video concepts in process. Sometimes managing my team here generated more changes than were allowed so it would be nice to have a few more change rounds to arrive at the final. Sometimes two rounds just is not enough...most of the time it is plenty. Overall working with the CTR+ALT Digital team was easy and professional. We've enjoyed building our YouTube channel to house the videos and our most important trade show was a multimedia success! Our Annual Orders (one of the videos) were up 50% and web sales up over 300% so far in 2019 which has exceeded our conservative expectations. Not only do our current customers understand our purpose, new customers "get it" in fewer conversations.
