In that month, a lot of time was wasted answering questions that showed lack of development knowledge from the manager (yellow flag), but I thought, not big deal, let's keep going. However, when they delivered their "deep site audit", it looked like it was written by a 12 year old with lots of mistakes, and issues about the sites that weren't real issues. Aftermath, the money was wasted, not a single development task got accomplished after 30 days. After that, I went to Upwork right away, hired 2 developer for HALF the price of WFN hourly rate, and the guys got almost all the tasks done in less than the time these guys wrote that low quality report.
