David and Dania were extremely easy to work with, were always responsive within 24 hours of every question and task, and they took the time to provide a design with all the functionality I needed in accordance with my exact specifications. My new website turned out just as good as I hoped it would. When compared to other website designers, Red Spot offered the same quality of custom designed website as was offered for nearly twice the price or more by other firms. And as a mid to smaller size firm, they were still able to handle the scope of a web design handling a global family dynastic infrastructure when other firms were asking for much more money or time, which speaks highly of Red Spot’s productivity and standard of care. There’s no reason to waste your time or money considering any other firms trying to wow you with superfluous fluff when Red Spot provided the same if not better quality and service as other firms. They don’t try to push any unnecessary products, layouts or services on you and they cut right to the chase to get the job done the way you want it. I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website. Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday.com, which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project. Kobe unethically did not refund money for the half of the project that was unfinished.

Brian executed my marketing strategy well and as described, hence the 2 stars, but we encountered a number of problems along the way - including the temporary pulling of an ad, and being overcharged around 16% above the agreed budget for the ads - as the amount agreed in dollars was incorrectly entered in Euros on his end, which I was subsequently blamed for despite not having access to the ad console. Unfortunately on both of these occasions I had to highlight the error myself - meaning I'd be unable to recommend Robben Media for smaller campaigns which could be undertaken in-house.
