We hired Robben Media for our mold inspection company's website and they delivered exactly as promised. Getting the site completed in a quick manner was one of our top goals. They finished in two weeks. Our next project with them is going to be a search engine optimization campaign. That is already going well too as we're climbing Google from one page to the next almost weekly. Crossing our fingers things continue to progress.

Being honest we didn't have much of any experience in search engine optimization. That did not matter once we hired Robben Media. They required little input of ours and took the reins following a specific plan. We cannot ask for more. The growth in leads and sales is a great gift going into the next year.

Brian executed my marketing strategy well and as described, hence the 2 stars, but we encountered a number of problems along the way - including the temporary pulling of an ad, and being overcharged around 16% above the agreed budget for the ads - as the amount agreed in dollars was incorrectly entered in Euros on his end, which I was subsequently blamed for despite not having access to the ad console. Unfortunately on both of these occasions I had to highlight the error myself - meaning I'd be unable to recommend Robben Media for smaller campaigns which could be undertaken in-house.
