My big problem with marketing agencies is they often are not in the know of what's going on in our business. Robben Media felt like our CMO because communication, information, and direct response copy in their content marketing was always up to speed. It was a successful relationship no question.

Too busy to get involved in SEO so it's been great to outsource this to Robben Media and check the monthly report to watch the organic traffic go up. This allows the exec team to focus on other strategic needs.
