CloudMasonry exceeded our expectations in every respect. As an organization, we had very little experience with SalesForce customization or utilization and needed an attentive firm that could build solutions and provide guidance for a highly unique, dynamic business model in a regulated industry. It was obvious from the initial scoping meetings that the CloudMasonry were experts in custom SalesForce solutions development and they got our team up to speed on their proposals very fast considering our lack of experience. Throughout the engagement, they were fully on top of the deliverables, timelines, and communication cadence, owning much more of the project accountability than I expected and guiding our stakeholders through the development decisions and strategy. On top of it all, the team is fun and easy to work with and their work product is elegant and efficient. The (reasonable) cost was more than worth the results, and I would not even evaluate other vendors for our next SalesForce build needs.

Five (5) years ago we selected Exigent as our trusted IT partner, and boy are we pleased that we did! CanAm is a small business, and we did not have the proper resources to maintain servers, deploy software upgrades/patches and keep up with evolving technology. Nor did we want to – we wanted to focus on our core business. Exigent worked tirelessly with us over the years to transition our in-house IT environment to cloud services either hosted in their environment or a 3rd party provider such as Microsoft. All this work really paid off when COVID hit – it was a real-life test of our contingency plan. We were able to seamlessly have our users work from home almost instantly. We also have a dedicated CTO (Frank) who is very knowledgeable, always available, and just wonderful to work with. He puts himself in the client’s shoes and works to ensure the solutions we are moving toward meet our business requirements.

We had to move most of our office staff to remote connections once the COVID lockdown started. We started having a lot of problems that our It service couldn't get fixed. We found IT Support on Google and they did a remote security and network scan for free and gave us a report. That's when we found out how bad our old IT was. We switched and Yuri and his team at IT Support LA fixed everything. They're quick, responsive, and we couldn't be happier.

TechMD is always on the cutting edge of technology. They stay on top of what’s new, what’s coming, and what’s changing. Anything to do with IT, the team has created a name for themselves. Anybody who chooses them as a vendor has chosen well. Shaun (vCIO) is our primary contact, along with him, I have worked with talented Professional Service Consultants, analyst, project managers, leads, help desk staff and in touch with their bookkeepers, and purchasing specialist regularly. Each one has a role that brings together an awesome team that allows us to function. Lets not forget their amazing leaders, Sebastian and Mark, that have a big heart for non-profits like ours. Aside from the technical knowledge, their personalities are great. They’re easy to talk to and they communicate in a way that helps us understand what their technical mind is saying. I truly admire all the work they do; the teams assigned to our agency work hard to please us and do it with a smile. There hasn’t been anything that TechMD hasn’t been able to resolve for us. They’ve been amazing at keeping our infrastructure running so that we’re able to provide our services to families in need.

Meriplex—it wasn’t that hard to keep us a happy and loyal customer! The IT company you acquired, CPI Solutions, did it seamlessly for years. When Meriplex took over, service plummeted immediately. We were never assigned an account manager, meaning there was no point of contact, no accountability, and no one ensuring our needs were met. Response times became unacceptable, and unresolved issues piled up with no clear resolution. The breaking point came when Meriplex left our entire company down for over eight hours due to a botched firewall transition. Their team was completely unaware of the change and had no plan to resolve it. After hours of waiting with no answers, I had no choice but to seek another IT provider, who fixed the issue within minutes. When I raised my concerns, I was met with silence and indifference. I escalated multiple times, but my complaints fell on deaf ears. And now? Instead of acknowledging their failures, Meriplex has trapped us in legal disputes over termination fees they refused to disclose upfront. They deceptively got us to sign a new contract by bundling existing services into a cybersecurity proposal—without making it clear we were committing to an entirely new agreement. These fees were never mentioned during our 60-day transition period but conveniently surfaced only after we had fully exited their services. Meriplex represents everything wrong with IT acquisitions. CPI Solutions ran a highly responsive, customer-first operation for years. Meriplex had one job: Don’t break what was already working. Instead, they have shown zero accountability, poor service, and predatory contract practices. If you’re considering Meriplex, learn from our mistake and look elsewhere. We would have gladly remained a long-term customer had they provided even a fraction of the care that CPI Solutions did—but instead, they drove us away and are now trying to squeeze us for fees.

We have been working with Technology's Edge for over 10 years now, for all of our network system and server build out and maintenance. We are a small international education firm operating in 10 cities worldwide, and TE keeps an eye on things for us 24/7. When there is a glitch either they catch it or we do and they are immediate to diagnose and correct. Figuring out and working with our particular industry CRM, sourcing and installing new hardware every few years and just trouble shooting - we can always call them and feel confident they will help and then fix.
