I have worked with Cal IT for three years now. I have never had positive experiences with MSP's in the past, but have been thoroughly impressed with Kevin and Joe and the team they have. They have helped us save tremendously on our IT costs and deliver value to our organization.

Partnering with Cal IT Group was the first and single most important decision we took! With Cal IT Group we found a true collaborator to help us transform our ideas into a reliable solution, not just a software application. User experience was always given the highest priority. There were challenges, bugs, roadblocks, and occasional headaches. However, Cal IT Group, and the team were always available, and just a phone call away, which was very reassuring. Our support requests were handled in an expedited manner, and we were kept in the loop. The results speak for themselves. We have a fully functional Virtual solution with multiple physical servers and over 150 user support.
