CloudMasonry exceeded our expectations in every respect. As an organization, we had very little experience with SalesForce customization or utilization and needed an attentive firm that could build solutions and provide guidance for a highly unique, dynamic business model in a regulated industry. It was obvious from the initial scoping meetings that the CloudMasonry were experts in custom SalesForce solutions development and they got our team up to speed on their proposals very fast considering our lack of experience. We hired Dedicated Developers to help us build and design both hardware GPS sensors used in the transportation industry as well as the web application and mobile apps to monitor the sensors. The sensors connect the transportation sector to the Internet of Things (IoT). It was challenging to find developers that had the complete package of skills we needed for this project. The hardware they created are sensors used to monitor a wide variety of things for the transport industry. The sensors can monitor speed, acceleration, elevation, breakdown, GPS route coordinates, and then transmit all the data through the cellular network. Our clients can then see all the data points within the centralized application control panel to fully monitor their cargo. They did a lot of initial research and were able to suggest hardware components and sensors that would be the best configurations that would reduce the costs during mass production. They helped us figure out the best components that are reliable, durable and cost effective, so the total hard costs for each finished sensor goes down, and profits go up. They were able to bring the total cost of each unit down by 21%. They were creative while building the prototype sensors, which they were able to do quickly within a couple months. The software they created to run and monitor the sensors uses the latest cutting-edge technology, and connects our industry to the Internet of Things, which is fast, efficient, responsive and very well designed. The hardware sensors they created for us are top notch, and the monitoring software to run and monitor them has been very well received by our clients. It’s been able to make our company a cutting edge leader in our industry.

Meriplex—it wasn’t that hard to keep us a happy and loyal customer! The IT company you acquired, CPI Solutions, did it seamlessly for years. When Meriplex took over, service plummeted immediately. We were never assigned an account manager, meaning there was no point of contact, no accountability, and no one ensuring our needs were met. Response times became unacceptable, and unresolved issues piled up with no clear resolution. The breaking point came when Meriplex left our entire company down for over eight hours due to a botched firewall transition. Their team was completely unaware of the change and had no plan to resolve it. After hours of waiting with no answers, I had no choice but to seek another IT provider, who fixed the issue within minutes. When I raised my concerns, I was met with silence and indifference. I escalated multiple times, but my complaints fell on deaf ears. And now? Instead of acknowledging their failures, Meriplex has trapped us in legal disputes over termination fees they refused to disclose upfront. They deceptively got us to sign a new contract by bundling existing services into a cybersecurity proposal—without making it clear we were committing to an entirely new agreement. These fees were never mentioned during our 60-day transition period but conveniently surfaced only after we had fully exited their services. Meriplex represents everything wrong with IT acquisitions. CPI Solutions ran a highly responsive, customer-first operation for years. Meriplex had one job: Don’t break what was already working. Instead, they have shown zero accountability, poor service, and predatory contract practices. If you’re considering Meriplex, learn from our mistake and look elsewhere. We would have gladly remained a long-term customer had they provided even a fraction of the care that CPI Solutions did—but instead, they drove us away and are now trying to squeeze us for fees.
