As the Executive decision maker for a small business in Denver, I've found that outsourcing SEO duties is imperative, especially when you have made significant changes to your online presence. Social SEO, formerly Pikes Peak SEO has been fantastic to work with. We have seen growth, and significant increases in organic traffic for most of the time we've used Social SEO. We've had several contacts there and all have been very professional. My only reason for not leaving five stars is that in our three or so years of service, we've had four different contacts working on our account. Don't get me wrong, the service is still worth it, and all of the Account Managers have been great, but it is hard to start over with a new contact and explain your business needs, website details, etc to a new person every six months to a year. There was a period of time (with one Account Manager) that nothing really seemed to be happening in terms of our website and feedback. In all honesty, I think that particular contact, though she was always very friendly and professional on the phone, was just too busy to take the time to do a lot with our account. I can tell that Social SEO is growing, as they have movement internally with their staff and have even promoted one of our Account Managers (which is why we no longer work with her). They are obviously doing something right. Our current AM is excellent so far--very responsive, and pays attention to details. Listen people, you're never going to find a perfect SEO vendor, but if you want to gain in organic traffic, conversions, and want a team of people who actually know what they are doing, give these guys a try!

I've been working at Ignite for almost 4 years and it has been an incredible ride of company growth, innovation, challenges and fulfilling to be a part of. - First off I have to say "hats off" to the owners, John and Krish that have handled the current COVID-19 situation with exceptional care. Safety of employees was their #1 concern in addition to being flexible with clients who've greatly affected. The owners did everything from the start to make sure that everyone was able to keep their jobs which made me even prouder of working here. - There is lots of room for growth as many employees get promoted 1-2 times per year with raises and an every expanding bonus structure for all employees. - Constant new innovation continues to improve the sophistication of our work so you are always learning something new. - Management is always hiring an advance so employees handle a reasonable client load vs. other agencies I've worked which expect them to handle 2-3 times the amount of clients. I heard this over and over from our new hires. This also results in our clients getting the work and attention that they deserve. - The owners and management is always looking for feedback on how to keep improving the agency. When any issues arise, it is attended to ASAP. - Flex work hours are great along with work from home days. - A great huge office with lots of perks. (loaded snack bar, amazing coffee machine and tea selection, free lunches 2-3 times per month, shuffleboard and great outside patio) - There is usually a fun event each month whether it's a happy hour, social event, padres game, day at the track, in addition to great holiday and anniversary parties. - Management also does a great job of hiring amazing people that are great to work with. I've seen lots of great friendships develop here over the years. I'm looking forward to seeing many of my co-workers once life gets back to normal after COVID.

I am still a relatively new client of LawRank, but I could immediately feel the difference between the two large corporations I worked with in the past and LawRank. Almost from the start, I could tell just how different my leads were in terms of quality. It was/is uncomparable. The learning curve, was minimal, in terms of time, especially during the age of COVID! Maria and her team have been easy to work with, always very prompt and receptive, and you get the feeling they want you to succeed! As professional as they are, they are also down to earth and that is important in my book!

I was a big believer in this program until I became a customer. Unfortunately, the company cannot seem to get much of anything right, and after 5 months, I’ve seen only a couple appointments. On the positive side, the company has good intentions, and what appears at first glance a solid formula. The execution, however, resulted in one mistake after another which taken together, threatened to harm our brand. The first problem was with the simple sourcing of contacts. I made clear that we wanted to target mid-size general “hospitals” but for the first 4 weeks of lists coming across for review there were so few qualified leads, they could not source the 35 contacts per day they promised to outreach. Anyone with the ability to read could clearly see the lists were NOT hospitals, so it was a mystery why I was being asked to evaluate them. Finally, I suggested the use of NAICS codes to identify hospitals, which was something their CMO suggested they would typically do, however, at the lower levels of the company it seemed they did not know what an NAICS code was. Other execution efforts were problematic: they created a signature line for my assigned rep but the phone number on it was wrong. Then they fixed it, but the voicemail did not work. Then they launched a landing page that, within a short while, no longer functioned properly because links were broken (as far as I know, they don’t follow up with people hitting that page either). The concept of quality control for their activities seems nonexistent. Then there is the revolving door. When I complained that my account manager was not answering my simple questions, they replaced him with a new employee. By this time, it was clear the program was failing, and any other company would probably assign a veteran, senior manager to ensure the failure was resolved quickly. The night before our outreach campaign was set to begin, I was told that my project manager was going on vacation – worst possible timing. I now find the excuse hard to believe because that person never returned from vacation and is no longer with the company. In fact, there has been a constant shuffling of people assigned to or supervising my account. Just the other day, the second project manager assigned to my account announced she was leaving the company. In response to my frustration my AM wanted to set me up with a manager that is senior to her in the company to repeat what I’ve been saying all along. Then she left the company, and a week later, the person responsible for sourcing contacts left the company too. They replaced my AM with another new hire. I’ve come to distrust much of what this company tells me because even the data coming across from their activities makes no sense to me. By the time of the 6th week of outbound calls, the company was over 500 contacts short of the promised 35 contacts per day. When I showed this to them on a spreadsheet (and it's a problem that I even had to), they miraculously contacted 690 in 2 weeks, but performance did not change. Do the math and you’d be as suspicious as I am that the activity really happened, but bottom line is I’ve not seen results. Throughout this experience I’ve made my concerns known, and I’ve never been challenged on my expectations of one demo per week of our product. This should not be hard to achieve, we are not a start-up, we are a 22-year-old company with a product already proven to be commercially successful. We have boatloads of collateral, references, videos, sales tools, etc etc to be leveraged in this project. When I spoke to the CMO on a few occasions, he validated my frustrations and extended our contract, but nothing changes. I notice now a number of zero star reviews on this company that I did not notice when doing my initial due diligence. I noticed the CMO responded to a few to defend the company’s practices. Note that I sent this review to the company one full month before the end of the contract to warn this review was coming. There was no response from any senior staff. The program just continued to fall apart. During the last month of service, they assigned yet another AM who was probably the best of the bunch, but by this time all confidence was lost and I canceled the contract. This is not rocket science. But it’s not science, either. It's a disaster.

I picked Brand and Mortar due to their reputation, reliability and known resources in the community. We signed a contract in May of 2021, with my needs heavily outlined of building an extensive website with cutting edge plugins and a custom functionality. After numerous follow-ups, they were confident they could meet my needs and we signed. It was extremely pricy, but I knew because of the functionality needed, it was needed. Once the wireframes (website outlines) were approved in October (they looked amazing), it was a contracted 9 weeks until I had my website in hand. I was so beyond ecstatic. Glad I chose Brand and Mortar to create this for us. Well, December rolls around, I want to confirm I will have the website mid January and it's confirmed! My website will be live! Well, they forward the "finished" website and it's a joke. Is is nothing as contracted and then I get told they need more time. So we wait, then the next deadline gets pushed and continues to get pushed. I couldn't wait anymore when I can see they don't have the skills to create when they agreed upon. Up until this point, I've been waiting to hear back from the owner and he won't respond to my emails. The amount I have paid, for this quickly slapped together website is beyond ridiculous. They're communication is severely lacking, the professionalism was there, but slowly dissipated once they received my money. Their marketing background is where they should focus their business when website design is clearly not their expertise yet.

We were looking for a vendor that had vast WordPress experience, as well as experience creating WordPress themes for ThemeForest, which has very strict design and coding requirements. UPQODE had WordPress Themes done for other authors in their portfolio, and we were very impressed with their designs and quality. We also contacted their previous clients and received excellent feedback. UPQODE divided the project into three phases: design, development, QA and bug fixes. They developed the front- and backends, and handled QA. We’ve sold this WordPress Theme 1880 times, and we expect to reach 3,000 sales. From the business perspective, we recovered our investment in two months, and from then, we’ve been making a profit. Their transparency and work process was just amazing. They had good communication and a very good response time. They also had great-quality code.

Wouldn't you know it? The founder of the company that I hired my Virtual Assistant through, started out creating successful company building websites and has a marketing company hahaha! I'll tell you why that's funny...Because he was the most competent and able person through the hiring process of my assistant, so I thought it was a "divine blessing" that this same man has a team of employees that could help my website development needs...Here is my review of "Bloominari's" Work..... I needed/wanted a profession, super professional website, because I will be representing my foundation helping orphaned children, and even taking donations from people, I had to make it professional. Which of course means, that the founder of any organization did things "the right way," and therefor, is more likely to be trusted.. A lot depended of the outcome of this site...Especially when I asked for a 2 week deadline!!! Jaime, the owner of the company, said the website could take 2 weeks If I was fully prepared with all materials he needed in advance, but It could take up to 2 months if the communication in not constant, and if his company has to wait for material.... Guess what? I busted my butt and gave Jaime, James, and the rest of the development team, every peace of homework they wanted, and replied to all 7 of their requests for more information...And guess what? We finished the site in 2 weeks and 3 days...And it was my fault for the extra 3 days. I didn't link up the merchant account soon enough, and all of the "typos" and mis-spellings were my fault from the text I submitted to them. I could tell they actually thought about the layout, which pictures to use from the options I sent them, the consistency with my message....And yes, holly wow the site looks amazing...Really amazing. We hired Radd Interactive to help our website grow by improving our SEO and Google visibility. From August 2018 we had 56 keywords that Google placed our website on the first paid search. In July 2019, that number of keywords has grown to over 2,000 keywords. The number of search users for our site as also greatly increased month over month while Radd continues to add SEO content to our site. Every month Raymond calls us and gives us an update on what is happening with analytics and shows the trends/growth for month over month. In May 2019 our total users for the month went from 14k to over 23k! If you were skeptical and think these are fake clicks, our sales for May 2019 went up over 62% from May 2018! That is unheard of growth for us year over year, and we are currently for year 2019 (Up to July) up 38% in Sales!
