Their creativity! Storm Brain has a unique ability to take ideas and transform them into branding. I love that our website is now a reflection of our vibrant company culture.

What did you like least?

If I were to have Storm Brain create our site again, I would have them do less customized elements so we could make more changes ourselves. Although, this was a decision I made, no error on Storm Brain's side of things. When you want something beautiful and unique that no one else has, it has to be custom.

The constant communication and updates through the entire process were great so we knew how far along they were and they even gave us access to the staging site so we could see the design process happening.

The pricing was a little high but " you get what you pay for" and we now have a quality website to show off!!

Communication and design. Leah and Blake listened to our needs and came through with the design on their end. We really loved the different outlook they had and options they came up with for images and videos.

There were a few items to fix before going live, but they were well communicated and finished quickly. There wasn't anything we did not like about working with StormBrain.

What did you like best?

I liked best the buttoned timely approach to creativity. Usually you find designers that are good but cant hit timelines and only know design, Blake over there knows multiple facets of business with high expertise, and is creative but timely.

There really isnt much I didnt like about my experience with them other then the premium they charge but I guess that comes with getting the best in service and product as well

The Storm Brain team did a great job of understanding our web refresh needs. We had a pretty aggresive timeframe that we asked of them and they exceeded our expectations.

Not much to write here. If I had to choose one area it was around having our account team be overly communicative with us. We received daily updates including project trackers etc. Going into this experience I didn’t know how large this initiative actually was for us. In hindsight I actuallly appreciated their team being overly communicative with us.

The team was great to work with, especially Blake, who had me laughing through most of our initial kickoff call. They had some really good ideas and stuff I wasn't even aware you could do with SEO

Prices weren't cheap, but in this business you truly get what you pay for, and if you try to go low, you might as well not even bother

It was pretty straightforward: we had a nice conversation to discuss what my business was about and the general strategy for finding and retaining new customers. They listened closely but it was clear they'd done this a few times before and already had some great ideas to get started. Once we signed off on the quote and shared my hosting info, I was pretty surprised how quickly they were already in there making the updates we spoke about. The results on the SEO were immediate, and by the end of the project I was really happy with the design revamp . Nothing to complain about here!
