As the Executive decision maker for a small business in Denver, I've found that outsourcing SEO duties is imperative, especially when you have made significant changes to your online presence. Social SEO, formerly Pikes Peak SEO has been fantastic to work with. We have seen growth, and significant increases in organic traffic for most of the time we've used Social SEO. We've had several contacts there and all have been very professional. My only reason for not leaving five stars is that in our three or so years of service, we've had four different contacts working on our account. Don't get me wrong, the service is still worth it, and all of the Account Managers have been great, but it is hard to start over with a new contact and explain your business needs, website details, etc to a new person every six months to a year. There was a period of time (with one Account Manager) that nothing really seemed to be happening in terms of our website and feedback. In all honesty, I think that particular contact, though she was always very friendly and professional on the phone, was just too busy to take the time to do a lot with our account. I can tell that Social SEO is growing, as they have movement internally with their staff and have even promoted one of our Account Managers (which is why we no longer work with her). They are obviously doing something right. Our current AM is excellent so far--very responsive, and pays attention to details. Listen people, you're never going to find a perfect SEO vendor, but if you want to gain in organic traffic, conversions, and want a team of people who actually know what they are doing, give these guys a try!

I've been working at Ignite for almost 4 years and it has been an incredible ride of company growth, innovation, challenges and fulfilling to be a part of. - First off I have to say "hats off" to the owners, John and Krish that have handled the current COVID-19 situation with exceptional care. Safety of employees was their #1 concern in addition to being flexible with clients who've greatly affected. The owners did everything from the start to make sure that everyone was able to keep their jobs which made me even prouder of working here. - There is lots of room for growth as many employees get promoted 1-2 times per year with raises and an every expanding bonus structure for all employees. - Constant new innovation continues to improve the sophistication of our work so you are always learning something new. - Management is always hiring an advance so employees handle a reasonable client load vs. other agencies I've worked which expect them to handle 2-3 times the amount of clients. I heard this over and over from our new hires. This also results in our clients getting the work and attention that they deserve. - The owners and management is always looking for feedback on how to keep improving the agency. When any issues arise, it is attended to ASAP. - Flex work hours are great along with work from home days. - A great huge office with lots of perks. (loaded snack bar, amazing coffee machine and tea selection, free lunches 2-3 times per month, shuffleboard and great outside patio) - There is usually a fun event each month whether it's a happy hour, social event, padres game, day at the track, in addition to great holiday and anniversary parties. - Management also does a great job of hiring amazing people that are great to work with. I've seen lots of great friendships develop here over the years. I'm looking forward to seeing many of my co-workers once life gets back to normal after COVID.

Working with Ark Marketing for the 2020 Census in San Diego and Imperial Counties was essential to ensure our message was shared in the right markets. I picked Brand and Mortar due to their reputation, reliability and known resources in the community. We signed a contract in May of 2021, with my needs heavily outlined of building an extensive website with cutting edge plugins and a custom functionality. After numerous follow-ups, they were confident they could meet my needs and we signed. It was extremely pricy, but I knew because of the functionality needed, it was needed. Once the wireframes (website outlines) were approved in October (they looked amazing), it was a contracted 9 weeks until I had my website in hand. I was so beyond ecstatic. Glad I chose Brand and Mortar to create this for us. Well, December rolls around, I want to confirm I will have the website mid January and it's confirmed! My website will be live! Well, they forward the "finished" website and it's a joke. Is is nothing as contracted and then I get told they need more time. So we wait, then the next deadline gets pushed and continues to get pushed. I couldn't wait anymore when I can see they don't have the skills to create when they agreed upon. Up until this point, I've been waiting to hear back from the owner and he won't respond to my emails. The amount I have paid, for this quickly slapped together website is beyond ridiculous. They're communication is severely lacking, the professionalism was there, but slowly dissipated once they received my money. Their marketing background is where they should focus their business when website design is clearly not their expertise yet.
