Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend their services, and have to many business associates, and even my own Dad for his business. Unfortunately M16 was not the first company we went with or the second, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake with others that we tried before finding them. I definitely recommend their services! As a business owner every dollar you spend is precious, and the money you spend with them, in my experience, was very well spent. Don't waste any more time looking at other companies, these guys are great, highly recommend!

Lounge Lizard is a great company to work with! When we started looking for a website company to design our new website, Lounge Lizard's work spoke for itself plus they were very clear on the process. We looked at other providers, but the designs were elevated when it came to Lounge Lizard. The project process of getting the new site up with all the content was fluid. They use a great collaborative tool that made the process easy, and the meetings kept us involved and up to date with all edits. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. The team at Lounge Lizard are the best! Everyone we worked with was easy to work with and super helpful, even after production they still assist us when needed. We couldn't be happier with the choice to have them as our website designers!

We hired Dedicated Developers to help us build and design both hardware GPS sensors used in the transportation industry as well as the web application and mobile apps to monitor the sensors. The sensors connect the transportation sector to the Internet of Things (IoT). It was challenging to find developers that had the complete package of skills we needed for this project. Lots of companies had the software skills, but not very many had the hardware skills. The hardware they created are sensors used to monitor a wide variety of things for the transport industry. The sensors can monitor speed, acceleration, elevation, breakdown, GPS route coordinates, and then transmit all the data through the cellular network. They did a lot of initial research and were able to suggest hardware components and sensors that would be the best configurations that would reduce the costs during mass production. They helped us figure out the best components that are reliable, durable and cost effective, so the total hard costs for each finished sensor goes down, and profits go up. They were able to bring the total cost of each unit down by 21%. They were creative while building the prototype sensors, which they were able to do quickly within a couple months. The software they created to run and monitor the sensors uses the latest cutting-edge technology, and connects our industry to the Internet of Things, which is fast, efficient, responsive and very well designed. The hardware sensors they created for us are top notch, and the monitoring software to run and monitor them has been very well received by our clients. I run a software development agency. We build custom software for clients. DigitalDesign worked with us for three of our end clients. We specifically hired them to take care of the UI/UX design tasks for these customers, one being a nonprofit, the second being a financial technology company, and the third being a software company. During our work with a nonprofit, we had to recreate a whole system for the end customer to run their operations. It was essentially an internal tool for their team members to support their work for the organization. Moreover, it was a complex project that took about nine months to complete. DigitalDesign handled the UI/UX design needed for the product. Our second project was a shorter one. They had to build an onboarding form for a financial institution to onboard new clients. They refined and revamped the UI/UX flow of the form. We then built what they designed. In terms of documentation, DigitalDesign received full documentation from the first client; we contributed to it. The product was already live in the second project, and they simply worked on it. For tools, the team mainly used Figma to create designs and gather feedback from the end clients.

I picked Brand and Mortar due to their reputation, reliability and known resources in the community. We signed a contract in May of 2021, with my needs heavily outlined of building an extensive website with cutting edge plugins and a custom functionality. After numerous follow-ups, they were confident they could meet my needs and we signed. It was extremely pricy, but I knew because of the functionality needed, it was needed. Once the wireframes (website outlines) were approved in October (they looked amazing), it was a contracted 9 weeks until I had my website in hand. I was so beyond ecstatic. Glad I chose Brand and Mortar to create this for us. Well, December rolls around, I want to confirm I will have the website mid January and it's confirmed! My website will be live! Well, they forward the "finished" website and it's a joke. Is is nothing as contracted and then I get told they need more time. So we wait, then the next deadline gets pushed and continues to get pushed. I couldn't wait anymore when I can see they don't have the skills to create when they agreed upon. Up until this point, I've been waiting to hear back from the owner and he won't respond to my emails. The amount I have paid, for this quickly slapped together website is beyond ridiculous. They're communication is severely lacking, the professionalism was there, but slowly dissipated once they received my money. Their marketing background is where they should focus their business when website design is clearly not their expertise yet.

They have a lot of talent on their team, and they do a very good job of bringing in the experts for each piece of the puzzle (for example, we worked with different team members for different types of projects or different stages of the process). All the while, I always felt as though I was their only client – which is important to me, because nothing is worse than getting a stellar sales pitch from an agency and then seeing the service fall off either immediately or down the line. Ruckus was not only able to execute my vision, but surpass it. I look forward to partnering with them again in the future.

I feel morally obligated to write a bad review, because I had a bad experience with WFN and originally I couldn't find any bad review when I was first researching this agency before hiring them, so it was a no brainer. Initially WFN was hired to run a deep site audit before initiating long-term work, from the first contact to the end of the business relationship with WFN took around 1 month. In that month, a lot of time was wasted answering questions that showed lack of development knowledge from the manager (yellow flag), but I thought, not big deal, let's keep going. However, when they delivered their "deep site audit", it looked like it was written by a 12 year old with lots of mistakes, and issues about the sites that weren't real issues. Aftermath, the money was wasted, not a single development task got accomplished after 30 days. After that, I went to Upwork right away, hired 2 developer for HALF the price of WFN hourly rate, and the guys got almost all the tasks done in less than the time these guys wrote that low quality report. In other words, I don't recommend this agency. BTW. WFN if your are reading this. This is Leonard S. and the two developers I hired from Upwork didn't have ANY problem connecting the GIT to WPengine and deploying the sites locally, so you guys should probably consider hiring better developers.
