Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend their services, and have to many business associates, and even my own Dad for his business. Unfortunately M16 was not the first company we went with or the second, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake with others that we tried before finding them. We hired Dedicated Developers to help us build and design both hardware GPS sensors used in the transportation industry as well as the web application and mobile apps to monitor the sensors. The team at BitxBit has responded quickly and effectively when we have a problem come up, or when we need to procure new equipment. I run a software development agency. We build custom software for clients. DigitalDesign worked with us for three of our end clients. We specifically hired them to take care of the UI/UX design tasks for these customers, one being a nonprofit, the second being a financial technology company, and the third being a software company. During our work with a nonprofit, we had to recreate a whole system for the end customer to run their operations. It was essentially an internal tool for their team members to support their work for the organization. Moreover, it was a complex project that took about nine months to complete. DigitalDesign handled the UI/UX design needed for the product. Our second project was a shorter one. They had to build an onboarding form for a financial institution to onboard new clients. They refined and revamped the UI/UX flow of the form. We then built what they designed. In terms of documentation, DigitalDesign received full documentation from the first client; we contributed to it. The product was already live in the second project, and they simply worked on it. For tools, the team mainly used Figma to create designs and gather feedback from the end clients.

We are a healthcare educational organization. The product we launched is a mobile web-hosted solution. Our company works in the healthcare simulation sphere. That means practitioners are using our custom solutions for professional training. The idea was that there was a prototyping phase even with the collaboration with Glorium Technologies. Then we added some extra features and made the app eligible to market. The Glorium Technologies delivery officer is our main point of contact for anything business-related. The team consisted of a project manager and 1-3 more people who were working in the development during various stages of the project. They were known in the healthcare innovation field and that’s where we initially got wind of them at a convention related to healthcare virtualization. We liked that they were inexpensive and completed good-quality work. They were willing to jump on the project quickly, and as we had previous experience in cooperation with them, they were a perfect match.

Riseup Labs sent us a pair of options before moving ahead with the green light and redesigning the mobile applications. Once that was done, they kept in touch with us every week to ensure the work they handed over during the sprints was exactly what we wanted. We had no problem contacting their team, and when we did, they would respond.

I feel morally obligated to write a bad review, because I had a bad experience with WFN and originally I couldn't find any bad review when I was first researching this agency before hiring them, so it was a no brainer. Initially WFN was hired to run a deep site audit before initiating long-term work, from the first contact to the end of the business relationship with WFN took around 1 month. In that month, a lot of time was wasted answering questions that showed lack of development knowledge from the manager (yellow flag), but I thought, not big deal, let's keep going. However, when they delivered their "deep site audit", it looked like it was written by a 12 year old with lots of mistakes, and issues about the sites that weren't real issues. Aftermath, the money was wasted, not a single development task got accomplished after 30 days. After that, I went to Upwork right away, hired 2 developer for HALF the price of WFN hourly rate, and the guys got almost all the tasks done in less than the time these guys wrote that low quality report. In other words, I don't recommend this agency. BTW. WFN if your are reading this. This is Leonard S. and the two developers I hired from Upwork didn't have ANY problem connecting the GIT to WPengine and deploying the sites locally, so you guys should probably consider hiring better developers.

We are currently working with Aptitude 8 to implement Outreach.io and integrate it with our Salesforce instance. We've mostly worked with Kaitlynn Sirotkin and she has been fantastic. Many times she has jumped on a last minute screenshare with me to walk me through changes she's made and has been great at communication and follow up. She offered (I would never ask!) to push changes on a Saturday so as not to disrupt our weekday workflows and was even emailing with me hours before taking off for her own wedding. I never would have gotten through this implementation with out Kaitlynn and Aptitude 8. It's rare to find this level of customer service and I'm so appreciative of it. Would highly recommend!
