Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend their services, and have to many business associates, and even my own Dad for his business. Unfortunately M16 was not the first company we went with or the second, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake with others that we tried before finding them. I definitely recommend their services! As a business owner every dollar you spend is precious, and the money you spend with them, in my experience, was very well spent. Don't waste any more time looking at other companies, these guys are great, highly recommend!

On November 04, 2021, I hired Appverticals to complete a website build as outlined in our Scope of Work contract completed on November 19, 2021. The company is still, as of August 12, 2022, has not delivered on the website months past the estimated contract completion month of March 2022. Additionally, the work completed is not up to the standards or guidelines stated in the contract. The project managers and development team have lacked communication and professionalism throughout the duration of the website build by going days and weeks at a time without progress or updates, losing/not reading documentation, and not understanding the project in it's entirety by doing proper research. They have mislead me to believing they could deliver this website in a timely and efficient manner for the money I paid. The only thing they did okay on was the initial design of the website but they did not do a good job with understanding feedback in the design process and drug that process out for months longer than it should have been. Most of the time they make excuses for not responding to their clients on time. Furthermore, do not work with Vanessa Ray who was my initial point of contact to sell me on their services. She was my project manager as well and made a lot of false promises and then left my project in the middle of development and I haven't heard from her since. I would suggest not to go with Appverticals for any project at all, but especially not any complex project.

I hired Bluestone because I wanted an app for my business that my clients could download and keep on their phones and I wanted a professional-looking website. They charged me $16k to make a progressive web app that does nothing for me. I don’t use it. I get complaints because the app doesn’t download as expected. They did a truly terrible job allegedly designing a site. Their idea of design was to apparently recycle old pages they had done for other companies and spice it up by writing the page name twice using two different looking fonts. Hiring them was the most significant waste of money since starting my business. This experience does, however, provide two silver linings. First, I learned a lesson that cost me only $16k so it could have been more painful. Second, I have ten years to sue them for breach of contract so I can wait until I’m not so busy to file my complaint. They appear to know the right things to say to look good in business. Accordingly, they may post a response that amounts to “we are sorry you are disappointed. Please contact us so we can work it out.” Don’t fall for that. I have asked to speak to their lawyers as well as their business leaders with no response. I have not seen any evidence that they intend to work anything out and I get the feeling that they couldn’t care less whether I am happy with the product since I have already paid in full.
