Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend their services, and have to many business associates, and even my own Dad for his business. Unfortunately M16 was not the first company we went with or the second, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake with others that we tried before finding them. I definitely recommend their services! As a business owner every dollar you spend is precious, and the money you spend with them, in my experience, was very well spent. The team at BitxBit has responded quickly and effectively when we have a problem come up, or when we need to procure new equipment. I hired Bluestone because I wanted an app for my business that my clients could download and keep on their phones and I wanted a professional-looking website. They charged me $16k to make a progressive web app that does nothing for me. I don’t use it. I get complaints because the app doesn’t download as expected. They did a truly terrible job allegedly designing a site. Their idea of design was to apparently recycle old pages they had done for other companies and spice it up by writing the page name twice using two different looking fonts. Hiring them was the most significant waste of money since starting my business. This experience does, however, provide two silver linings. First, I learned a lesson that cost me only $16k so it could have been more painful. Second, I have ten years to sue them for breach of contract so I can wait until I’m not so busy to file my complaint. They appear to know the right things to say to look good in business. Accordingly, they may post a response that amounts to “we are sorry you are disappointed. Please contact us so we can work it out.” Don’t fall for that. I have asked to speak to their lawyers as well as their business leaders with no response. I have not seen any evidence that they intend to work anything out and I get the feeling that they couldn’t care less whether I am happy with the product since I have already paid in full.

The bits, operating in the Logstash environment, serve as the data pipelines for our work. For the Elasticsearch portion of the engagement, they helped us design sustainable clusters optimized for resources and costs. They also helped us in end-to-end deployment consultation and management of our client's complete Elastic Stack. This also included alert, report, and user access level setup. Their team also wrote Ansible, cloud, and cluster deployment automation scripts. While they weren't helping us build a concrete product, they did a lot of work in Python. They completed everything in given time frame and budget. We would highly recommend them.
