I had no choice but to give a star. I really want everyone to listen and read carefully. This website is *******. First off I’m a small business owner. I trust app vertical to design my website, and they did. I was amazed about the job they did, into I take my time out and look at the page. There was someone else logo on my website ( which took a week to get off).. Someone else wording not my mines I asked them to put ( this took another week). Someone else vision. I paid all this money to think I was getting an original web design boy was I wrong. To find out all they did was copy and paste my vision into someone else’s work then give me a hard time when I bring up this is wrong, that is wrong. They promise you a lot of things but you are not going to get. Why is this on there it’s not mines? Working with 3-4different people on my website is not cool. This is where all the attitude comes they have really bad customer service, is always always upsell. Then once they fix it now it’s time to go live with the website. I never knew that you had to pay an additional cost for them to show you how to work your website. Never again will I put my trust in them. Oh yeah I have so many emails to back EVERYTHING up.

The reason why I read it this company is so hot it’s because how they treat you as a person not just a client but they treat you like friends and family. The one thing that suck out with me is that how they work with you and your budget. They really believe as I do that small businesses is the backbone of this country and they want to see their clients thrive and to see their vision and their dreams come true. They will help you every step of the way and they want to see your company grow I highly recommend for anyone to use App Verticals. From Vanessa to Josh and the staffing as a whole are unbelievable people very meticulous in their work and they thrive for perfection. Not only that they understand as a new business a new small business operates on a small budget. Therefore App Verticals understands that pain of a limited budget of a new small company. In their heart of hearts charging a new business barely getting off the ground should not be charged three to $5000 for a website. They believe to build a website within your budget and as you grow your website will grow and then you can invest a little at a time to upgrade your website. There’s no hidden cost what’s so ever and full transparency. If you really want to thrive with your company I highly recommend App Verticals and there’s a reason why they are called App Verticals because your company will climb vertically so give them a call and give them your business. On November 04, 2021, I hired Appverticals to complete a website build as outlined in our Scope of Work contract completed on November 19, 2021. The company is still, as of August 12, 2022, has not delivered on the website months past the estimated contract completion month of March 2022. Additionally, the work completed is not up to the standards or guidelines stated in the contract. The project managers and development team have lacked communication and professionalism throughout the duration of the website build by going days and weeks at a time without progress or updates, losing/not reading documentation, and not understanding the project in it's entirety by doing proper research. They have mislead me to believing they could deliver this website in a timely and efficient manner for the money I paid. The only thing they did okay on was the initial design of the website but they did not do a good job with understanding feedback in the design process and drug that process out for months longer than it should have been. Most of the time they make excuses for not responding to their clients on time. Furthermore, do not work with Vanessa Ray who was my initial point of contact to sell me on their services. She was my project manager as well and made a lot of false promises and then left my project in the middle of development and I haven't heard from her since. I would suggest not to go with Appverticals for any project at all, but especially not any complex project.
