Polar Advertising has been great getting our auto repair and performance tuning shop off the ground. They helped us get a website up fast, and listed us with local listings and social media like Yelp. Google ppc has been something we've always considered, but the cost stopped us from starting up a campaign in the past. Our account manager walked us through the potential leads per cost we could get and created a campaign that fit our budget. So far things are going great and we've been getting customers! We really love working with our account manager. Sometimes he's a bit direct, but it's good because we feel like we're getting the truth. He's also very responsive, always responds to emails and calls back promptly if he doesn't answer a phone call. Can't recommend them enough!

"I liked the culture and methodology used by Rave Infosys' team. Many other companies we consulted wanted to have a six-week study and draw the whole thing up. They wanted to employ change management and charge us every time we wanted to move a field from the left to the right. I didn't want to get bogged down into that level of change management. Rave Infosys allowed us to define the 10,000-foot level, create some basic wireframes and logic, and talk until we'd evolved the platform to where it needed to be. The most important thing to share is that Rave Infosys' delivered on time and within budget. They did what they needed to do, actually making a huge change 60 days before our go-live date. I can't say enough about our partnership with Rave Infosys. We're now undertaking a move to Magento 2, which will require a complete rewrite from scratch since the technology stack has been completely changed. I can understand this happening after the 10-year life of the platform, but we caught a bad break by going live one month before Magento made the announcement. I have enough confidence in Rave Infosys to start over again. Lastly, I would like to add Rave Infosys is a partner, not a vendor. I think that this says it all."

My SEO just wasn't working. They didn't just throw something together, they really researched my site. Their article had everything: calls to action, optimization, they even got a better picture than the one I had. Bobby, in particular, was super helpful. He followed up with me, day after day, just to make sure everything was good. Professional all the way. One thing: they are based in LA. They aren't cheap. It was worth it, though. I still look over the emails they sent me, because I'm still getting useful information from them. I'm actually going to contact them for some stuff I'm working on coming up. My company's grown quite a bit, and we weren't small before. I recommend hiring them if you're a big company. If your marketing budget is solid, they can give you so much for even a test run that's not so big.

Nick took on a big project with us--to add Woo Commerce and update our site accordingly. My site has a lot of hard-coded stuff from the designer so more has to be done sometimes than what might be thought at the outset. We also are a tiny staff of 3 so it takes time to smoke test the changes. From the beginning, Nick offered ideas that made the task simpler than we had thought it would be. We thought we needed to add BrainTree to get our checkout to be easier for customers. But he pointed out that BrainTree doesn't allow for subscriptions which is our primary revenue item. We didn't know that. So he showed us how to update and how to continue to use a more expedited version of Stripe When things were more challenging than he thought (he had to make sure subscribers and nonsubscribers saw different offers), he took a bit more time to do it right. He is an excellent communicator--especially vital for non-techy people like me. Never gets flustered. Never difficult. We are going to work with him on a few more items that we need help with.
