I inherited the Ave 25 relationship when I joined Nevoa Inc. as Marketing Director in April 2017. I have worked with and for agencies throughout my career. One of the biggest mistakes Marketing Directors, VPs, etc., make (in my opinion) is coming in to a new position and immediately firing the incumbent agency for another that they have worked with previously. My objective and responsibility in joining Nevoa was to create the branding, positioning, marketing, web presence, etc., for both the company and for a new, exciting product the company is launching. I had other agency relationships in mind to bring in to help with this work, and at the time Ave 25 had only been hosting the Nevoa website for a very low monthly fee. I asked to meet with them to learn more about their overall capabilities, and from that initial meeting I knew they were a unique, small group of incredibly talented, passionate branding/marketing professionals. They created a branding and positioning for both Nevoa Inc. and for the new product offering that were both integral to everything that came after that point. We knew our voice, our persona, how we want to sound and act with the multiple target audiences we identified. It was incredibly powerful and incredibly helpful to keep our (also small) team focused on how best to brand, market and position our company and our products. From there Ave 25 designed a new website, a tradeshow booth, retractable banners, and more. In addition to the great work we received, I received "something to think about" emails from the Creative Director multiple times on weekends or at night when he was thinking about our company and brand. To think about it is one thing; to take the time to send off a message to take it beyond that is unique in my experience. Overall experience with New Normal has been great. We started building an application for our new business in 2018 and have used them ever since because of their flexibility, and the "partnership" we've forged. Our company is still too small to manage/create/hire an internal software development dept, so NN continues to fit the bill.

And as a mid to smaller size firm, they were still able to handle the scope of a web design handling a global family dynastic infrastructure when other firms were asking for much more money or time, which speaks highly of Red Spot’s productivity and standard of care. There’s no reason to waste your time or money considering any other firms trying to wow you with superfluous fluff when Red Spot provided the same if not better quality and service as other firms. They don’t try to push any unnecessary products, layouts or services on you and they cut right to the chase to get the job done the way you want it. I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website. Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday.com, which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project. Kobe unethically did not refund money for the half of the project that was unfinished.
