If I could give zero stars, I would. I am very disappointed in my experience with Mojo. I'm a small minority business owner, and I went to Alex Fakeri on 9/2019 to develop a mobile app. He said it would take nine months. I paid $3K for "market research" to ensure the app was written in the correct code for the right store with the permissions. I trusted him. It has been over 2.5 years, and not only has he not delivered the product, but he also kept my $50K. My app had a provisional patent - he leaked my app while in development (so much for the NDA). When I asked for the final product after 2.5 years, he and his wife canceled the contract, kept my property and domain name, and told me to take a broken and half-coded app that didn't work because HIS developers used old software to someone else. And as a consolation for waiting two years past their missed deadline, they'd give me a broken app that needs gutted and completely re-written and $8k. They expect me to have another company finish it because they couldn't fix what Mojo didn't do correctly in the first place, which would cost more money. But only after making me wait 2.5 years to get my completed app, which was under the threat of legal action. TERRIBLE! This company cost me so much because they didn't deliver on time and stick to their contract. I liked them very much and enjoyed working with them. I paid them on time. I find this entire ordeal very disappointing. Mojo ruined several lives over this; they've cost me sales contracts and grants. It seems they are attempting to steal my intellectual property, which is devastating. I tried very hard to avoid litigation, but they would not meet their obligations. I finally had to call a lawyer and the attorney general's office. Even now, they continue to delay giving me my $50K product as designed, or my money, my domain, and my property, and they are still testing my app. CRAZY!! If you have a valuable idea….maybe don't go with this company.
