I came to Bill and his team at Seota Design with a huge problem…My site myselfdefensetraining.com which is basically my business…was MORE than sick. Joey has helped me since I started my business in 2011. That is saying alot, we've stayed in touch and helped each other. I contacted TBH Creative in late October 2020 to inquire about having an ecommerce website designed for my new business. After the initial meeting, and after noticing the favorable reviews TBH has received, I felt confident to move forward with the project. From the start, Tatum and her team proved to be extremely knowledgeable of web design, and very effective at delivering coherent "user friendly" communications. Tatum personally reviews all work done by her team, and in one instance when she noticed an assignment could be provided at a higher standard than what was presented to her, she informed me of the issue, and was apologetic for the slight timing delay. Tatum then applied extra effort in response. At the end of the project, I tested the website and suggested a few adjustments; Tatum's team made the adjustments within a quick turnaround time. As part of the close of the project, a member of Tatum's team provided me with an hour long training session which was very informative, and Tatum shared with me several SEO and marketing tips. Even with the slight unanticipated delay, and Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's holidays, the project was completed to my satisfaction in approximately 3 months(the initial anticipated timeline). I plan to utilize the talents of Tatum and her team for future add-ons/upgrades.

I run a software development agency. We build custom software for clients. DigitalDesign worked with us for three of our end clients. We specifically hired them to take care of the UI/UX design tasks for these customers, one being a nonprofit, the second being a financial technology company, and the third being a software company. During our work with a nonprofit, we had to recreate a whole system for the end customer to run their operations. It was essentially an internal tool for their team members to support their work for the organization. Moreover, it was a complex project that took about nine months to complete. DigitalDesign handled the UI/UX design needed for the product. Our second project was a shorter one. They had to build an onboarding form for a financial institution to onboard new clients. They refined and revamped the UI/UX flow of the form. We then built what they designed. In terms of documentation, DigitalDesign received full documentation from the first client; we contributed to it. The product was already live in the second project, and they simply worked on it. For tools, the team mainly used Figma to create designs and gather feedback from the end clients.

Finding a top-level web designer has been a tough job. What I found is that those at this level will easily charge, or wind-up costing, $5,000 for their work. And after working with Sunlight Media, I understand why. When you get clients as picky as I am, designing a site can be a lot of work. Nonetheless, Sunlight worked with me to the end to fulfill its agreement. The team continues to be responsive to me as I try to work through the guidebook they provided me. I spent many hours checking out company’s website portfolios Sunlight Media was the most consistently high-end with the designs I saw and with the most reasonable prices. However, make sure you understand the advantages and disadvantages if you get a custom designed site from Sunlight Media or anyone else. If you go with a template, make sure it is a good one and it may cause problems and not meet your expanding needs. If you go with a custom design, make sure you know what might be involved if you upgrade or wish to add a plugin later. I went with a custom design and am glad about the results because of the talent of the designer.
