We worked with James Kennedy and his team at Boston Web Designers to create a brand new website for our Intellectual Property firm. They were very easy to work with - extremely professional throughout each step of the process - from a straightforward quote, through communications on design, to on-schedule completion. They incorporated design elements that achieved our goals of aligning the site to our high tech client base, infusing the site with movement and facilitating visitor navigation. With their knowledge and experience, they were able to quickly integrate any Word Press plug-ins needed to streamline the user experience. Special thanks to our Account Rep - Adam - for his always timely response to requests for site updates, additions and/or changes. As a researcher in sociology, I needed help with conducting online surveys, and the MBA Team definitely fulfilled all my expectations. Studying careers over the life course required careful data collection and highest priority is the privacy of respondents. For the online surveys, Kennedy and his team were excellent in all aspects of the data collection. For the Harvard Lawyer Study, I needed to keep track of responses from different cohorts including the 100 questions that needed to be transferred into a readable format. Kennedy and his team truly helped me in transferring the responses in the data format I needed. For my second survey project at the American Bar Foundation in Chicago, the MBA team assisted in the online data collection of another lawyer study (AJD Study). This time one cohort, 100 questions and many reminder emails to our respondents. Keeping up with all the data, I was happy we had the MBA team on board. The online survey looked fantastic, was user-friendly for respondents, and easy to manage from my end. Again, compiling the data in a format I needed was super helpful to me. Both surveys are very well known in the literature of law and society. I am glad I explored a smaller team instead of a large survey company! The MBA team was absolutely pleasant to work with and available at all “crazy” times during the process of my research projects. I can't say enough about the quality of work I have experienced with Boston Web Designers. Even though we had in-house creative, design and digital media capabilities, the team at Boston Web Designers still provided strategic collaboration on all of those initiatives - above and beyond just the web development. They are always, thoughtful, strategic, responsive and on-time. When they give you a quote, you can be confident to get the job done right, on-budget and on-time. I almost never give 10 ratings - but could have given them tens across the board. I put down a 9 for value just to avoid ALL 10’s because while they are affordable, you can always find a lower-cost provider. But value is more than cost, and when you look at what Boston Web Designers delivers for their cost, maybe I should have given them an 11 for Value! If you decide to work with Boston Web Designers, you will be glad you did. I know I am.
