There has been a significant improvement. The fact is, until this team went to work, I was unaware of just how bad the prior agency had been performing—and that is saying a lot!. They rapidly set up tracking, enabling us to make strategic decisions and, for the first time, link income to individual campaigns. They developed fresh programs that outperformed all of the ones we had previously ran in terms of success.

They did a great job reflecting who I was, which was something I needed in a firm. They encouraged me to submit or review anything as necessary, and they kept me informed about all the milestones. They had an online software system, but I travel a lot. To discuss the remarks on the videos, we also had phone conversations.

There has been a significant improvement. The fact is, until this team went to work, I was unaware of just how bad the prior agency had been performing—and that is saying a lot!. I genuinely believe that when I work well, I become more than just another account for them. They really are extraordinary.
