I came to Bill and his team at Seota Design with a huge problem…My site myselfdefensetraining.com which is basically my business…was MORE than sick. It was broken as a result of many, many developers over the last 6 years working on it. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developing and maintaining the platform…and it was wrecked. I inherited the Ave 25 relationship when I joined Nevoa Inc. as Marketing Director in April 2017. I have worked with and for agencies throughout my career. One of the biggest mistakes Marketing Directors, VPs, etc., make (in my opinion) is coming in to a new position and immediately firing the incumbent agency for another that they have worked with previously. My objective and responsibility in joining Nevoa was to create the branding, positioning, marketing, web presence, etc., for both the company and for a new, exciting product the company is launching. I had other agency relationships in mind to bring in to help with this work, and at the time Ave 25 had only been hosting the Nevoa website for a very low monthly fee. I asked to meet with them to learn more about their overall capabilities, and from that initial meeting I knew they were a unique, small group of incredibly talented, passionate branding/marketing professionals. They created a branding and positioning for both Nevoa Inc. and for the new product offering that were both integral to everything that came after that point. We knew our voice, our persona, how we want to sound and act with the multiple target audiences we identified. It was incredibly powerful and incredibly helpful to keep our (also small) team focused on how best to brand, market and position our company and our products. From there Ave 25 designed a new website, a tradeshow booth, retractable banners, and more. In addition to the great work we received, I received "something to think about" emails from the Creative Director multiple times on weekends or at night when he was thinking about our company and brand. To think about it is one thing; to take the time to send off a message to take it beyond that is unique in my experience. They are fair and transparent about how they charge for their services; every deliverable we have received has literally "wowed" us.

I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website. Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday.com, which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project. Kobe unethically did not refund money for the half of the project that was unfinished.

We have been working with Fyresite for over 2 years now and we are so happy with their team and the services they provide. We had them re-develop and re-design our whole website and it turned out amazing! It not only looks great but it is also very functional which is the most important part of a website. The work done by James Webb in reworking my website was impressive. I had paid significantly to have a website done and had reached the point of the company indicating they were satisfied they had produced the product I wanted. I had text running over images, there were no tags in my site, no contact pages, and the pre-green-screen architecture had been left untouched. The photographs were not touched where the lights had caused sweat to drip down my face, etc. James reworked the entire site, picked images that were spot on with the service and feeling I provide to customers.
