Litening did an amazing job listening to our needs, understanding who we are, and producing results with the right tone and personality. The design process and timeline were very clearly spelled out so we always knew what to expect and where we were at any given time. Emails and phone calls were returned promptly and thoroughly, often with walk through videos that included thorough explanations. Meetings between our team and theirs were a real positive experience. It was clear they took any of our feedback to make thoughtful changes, while at the same time taking the time to explain to us non-designers what the impact of different choices would be. I've worked with several designers and agencies, and Litening stands out for the ease and productivity of give-and-take without any conflict; actually, it was fun! Why was it fun? Because the designs for our logo were simply awesome. The results speak for themselves. When our old timers at our small nonprofit first see the materials you can see their faces light up and smile. The designs really capture the personality of our organization and we're seeing a difference in how much the local community is noticing us and the work we do, in no small part because Litening's work makes it possible for us to put our best foot forward. We would work (and probably will work!) with Litening again on future projects.

Awesome Product, Awesome Service! Danny started by researching in depth about our kombucha and hemp kombucha. Danny sat down with us and turned our ideas and imagination into a professionally organized and animated website. It has many extensive and convenience features with a well planned navigation system and color pallet. When we had ideas or were confused, he took the time and scheduled a zoom meeting (often lasting 1 1/2 hours).
