I came to Bill and his team at Seota Design with a huge problem…My site myselfdefensetraining.com which is basically my business…was MORE than sick. It was broken as a result of many, many developers over the last 6 years working on it. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developing and maintaining the platform…and it was wrecked. I couldn’t advertise, members would get lost —- it was a nightmare and it needed to be rebuilt. We met with dozens of developers…yes…dozens…and got quotes ranging from the absurd to the ridiculous. But it only took two phone calls with Bill to let me know he was different. Look - I’ve been advertising and marketing online since google ppc was a nickel. I have literally spent MILLIONS. I’ve literally made EVERY mistake possible, so please, believe me when I tell you - Bill and his team at Seota KNOW THEIR SH@T. I had a complicated membership site that used clickfunnel sales pages and a separate shopping cart plus about a hundred plug ins that had no business being there. We have over 16K members and we needed to migrate them to the new build while keeping their membership intact…it was nuts. But he did it…and no matter how difficult the task (and this is important) Bill treated it like it was no problem….and trust me…there were a few times he probably thought we weren’t going to make it…but he didn’t let me know. We have a saying…don’t tell me about the labor - just show me the baby. Bill showed me the baby and my membership and Instructors are EXTREMELY happy and impressed. I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website. Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday.com, which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project. Kobe unethically did not refund money for the half of the project that was unfinished.

The work done by James Webb in reworking my website was impressive. I had paid significantly to have a website done and had reached the point of the company indicating they were satisfied they had produced the product I wanted. I had text running over images, there were no tags in my site, no contact pages, and the pre-green-screen architecture had been left untouched. The photographs were not touched where the lights had caused sweat to drip down my face, etc. James reworked the entire site, picked images that were spot on with the service and feeling I provide to customers.
