We hired Dedicated Developers to help us build and design both hardware GPS sensors used in the transportation industry as well as the web application and mobile apps to monitor the sensors. The sensors connect the transportation sector to the Internet of Things (IoT). It was challenging to find developers that had the complete package of skills we needed for this project. Lots of companies had the software skills, but not very many had the hardware skills. We were thrilled when we found Dedicated Developers, because they were able to do both the hardware and software designing for us. The hardware they created are sensors used to monitor a wide variety of things for the transport industry. The sensors can monitor speed, acceleration, elevation, breakdown, GPS route coordinates, and then transmit all the data through the cellular network. Our clients can then see all the data points within the centralized application control panel to fully monitor their cargo. They did a lot of initial research and were able to suggest hardware components and sensors that would be the best configurations that would reduce the costs during mass production. They helped us figure out the best components that are reliable, durable and cost effective, so the total hard costs for each finished sensor goes down, and profits go up. They were able to bring the total cost of each unit down by 21%. They were creative while building the prototype sensors, which they were able to do quickly within a couple months. The software they created to run and monitor the sensors uses the latest cutting-edge technology, and connects our industry to the Internet of Things, which is fast, efficient, responsive and very well designed. The hardware sensors they created for us are top notch, and the monitoring software to run and monitor them has been very well received by our clients. It’s been able to make our company a cutting edge leader in our industry.

We contracted with CTR+ALT Digital to create several animated videos for both promotions and trade shows and also our corporate video which allowed us the opportunity to tell our story. They have a knowledgeable and professional team members that made our VOI team feel at ease every step of the way.We were thrilled with the end results and already have new video concepts in process. Sometimes managing my team here generated more changes than were allowed so it would be nice to have a few more change rounds to arrive at the final. Sometimes two rounds just is not enough...most of the time it is plenty. Overall working with the CTR+ALT Digital team was easy and professional. We've enjoyed building our YouTube channel to house the videos and our most important trade show was a multimedia success! Our Annual Orders (one of the videos) were up 50% and web sales up over 300% so far in 2019 which has exceeded our conservative expectations. Not only do our current customers understand our purpose, new customers "get it" in fewer conversations.

3 Media Web was the best digital media solution we could've hoped for. What we like most is that their team is smaller, which means they can develop great working relationships with us and also respond to our needs efficiently. But they're also very effective at leveraging their team to support us in a range of major projects from web design to launch to ongoing digital strategies, if we needed. In case it's not obvious, they also did it well. Their ability to customize project scopes, wherever we needed to go, has been critical to our evolving brand identity and our budget. In 3 Media we have a team we know and can rely on, with the impact of a large media firm. I don't know if you could want anything more.

Over a decade ago, I was introduced to Marina over a training call while in graduate school. At the time, I had just concluded studies in search engine optimization and mobile marketing and commerce. During the training, I was overawe with the custom websites designs and how the needs of the customer were the nucleus to the development process. Websites were custom, not off the shelf, and budget friendly. There were no unforeseen expenditures, and the project management process insured that customers were involved and kept abreast of developments. When I decided to develop my own e-commerce site, I knew who to phone. I reached into my database, and contacted Marina. Still the pleasant erudite professional, I informed Marina about the requisite. Paul was the project manager. He did a exceedingly fine job of presiding over the development process. At times, it appeared intimidating. Nevertheless, Marina and Paul were there every step of the way. When there were questions, they had solutions and recommendations. I could not be more appeased with the final project. For website development, maintenance, and search engine optimization, there is no other company that I would endorse apart from Marina and Web Loft Designs. They do not disappoint and I have a custom website that epitomizes the brand.

They did not help us achieve anything. They tanked performance for currently running campaigns, and any new campaigns they launched did not perform well. They were included in our RFP process because they claimed to have expertise in both B2B marketing and Healthcare Tech marketing. We quickly realized they had neither. Instead of working to optimize campaigns, they continued to increase the target cost per acquisition, causing the quality score of one long-running successful campaign to drop from 8/10 to 2/10 and increasing our CPA of $20 to over $300. They would ask us for advice on how to optimize campaigns in our weekly calls. We handed over a massive amount of reading materials. Everything they asked for - buyer personas, messaging framework, competitive intel. It seemed like they never bothered to read any of it because, after nine months of working with us, they still didn't understand our audiences or products. That was an issue that could have been solved with them just trying a little bit. What could not be solved was the fact they didn't know how to manage paid search campaigns. If you don't know anything about digital marketing, they might be able to fool you. Their team of paid search managers needs training, plain and simple. I had to spend several hours going through the work they did and making notes on how to fix the poor performance - that's what we hired them to do! Fortunately, we are experts in digital marketing, and we just needed people to execute the work, so we realized quickly that they were not helping our business and, in fact, making the situation worse. We did not stay with them for the entire year. They made us pay for one additional month when they didn't do any work and called it "offboarding." They also pad the hours and say they did a lot more than they actually did.

I contacted TBH Creative in late October 2020 to inquire about having an ecommerce website designed for my new business. After the initial meeting, and after noticing the favorable reviews TBH has received, I felt confident to move forward with the project. From the start, Tatum and her team proved to be extremely knowledgeable of web design, and very effective at delivering coherent "user friendly" communications. Tatum personally reviews all work done by her team, and in one instance when she noticed an assignment could be provided at a higher standard than what was presented to her, she informed me of the issue, and was apologetic for the slight timing delay. Tatum then applied extra effort in response. At the end of the project, I tested the website and suggested a few adjustments; Tatum's team made the adjustments within a quick turnaround time. As part of the close of the project, a member of Tatum's team provided me with an hour long training session which was very informative, and Tatum shared with me several SEO and marketing tips. Even with the slight unanticipated delay, and Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's holidays, the project was completed to my satisfaction in approximately 3 months(the initial anticipated timeline). I run a software development agency. We build custom software for clients. DigitalDesign worked with us for three of our end clients. We specifically hired them to take care of the UI/UX design tasks for these customers, one being a nonprofit, the second being a financial technology company, and the third being a software company. During our work with a nonprofit, we had to recreate a whole system for the end customer to run their operations. It was essentially an internal tool for their team members to support their work for the organization. Moreover, it was a complex project that took about nine months to complete. DigitalDesign handled the UI/UX design needed for the product. Our second project was a shorter one. They had to build an onboarding form for a financial institution to onboard new clients. They refined and revamped the UI/UX flow of the form. We then built what they designed. In terms of documentation, DigitalDesign received full documentation from the first client; we contributed to it. The product was already live in the second project, and they simply worked on it. For tools, the team mainly used Figma to create designs and gather feedback from the end clients.
