Lounge Lizard is a great company to work with! When we started looking for a website company to design our new website, Lounge Lizard's work spoke for itself plus they were very clear on the process. We looked at other providers, but the designs were elevated when it came to Lounge Lizard. The project process of getting the new site up with all the content was fluid. They use a great collaborative tool that made the process easy, and the meetings kept us involved and up to date with all edits. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. The team at Lounge Lizard are the best! Everyone we worked with was easy to work with and super helpful, even after production they still assist us when needed. We couldn't be happier with the choice to have them as our website designers!

I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website. Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday.com, which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project. Kobe unethically did not refund money for the half of the project that was unfinished.

I picked Brand and Mortar due to their reputation, reliability and known resources in the community. We signed a contract in May of 2021, with my needs heavily outlined of building an extensive website with cutting edge plugins and a custom functionality. After numerous follow-ups, they were confident they could meet my needs and we signed. It was extremely pricy, but I knew because of the functionality needed, it was needed. Once the wireframes (website outlines) were approved in October (they looked amazing), it was a contracted 9 weeks until I had my website in hand. I was so beyond ecstatic. Glad I chose Brand and Mortar to create this for us. Well, December rolls around, I want to confirm I will have the website mid January and it's confirmed! My website will be live! Well, they forward the "finished" website and it's a joke. Is is nothing as contracted and then I get told they need more time. So we wait, then the next deadline gets pushed and continues to get pushed. I couldn't wait anymore when I can see they don't have the skills to create when they agreed upon. Up until this point, I've been waiting to hear back from the owner and he won't respond to my emails. The amount I have paid, for this quickly slapped together website is beyond ridiculous. They're communication is severely lacking, the professionalism was there, but slowly dissipated once they received my money. Their marketing background is where they should focus their business when website design is clearly not their expertise yet.

I’ve worked with dozens of agencies in the past, but my experience working with Ruckus stands out as one of the most successful agency partnerships I’ve ever had. From their initial proposal to execution and follow up, I was consistently impressed. My company worked with them on some major corporate initiatives that revolved around re-branding (which included the creation of a new logo, brand guidelines, and numerous print and digital materials for B2B marketing) and building out a new corporate website. Ruckus’ team is extremely organized and process-oriented, and I felt that they delivered support and value well above what I was expecting based on our agreement. I was particularly impressed by the early brainstorm sessions where they were able to pull valuable information out of some of our more reticent executives and turn that into a fully-formed vision for our corporate brand. I also appreciated the excellent communication, support, and “can-do” attitude that I witnessed in our day-to-day interactions. I’m very Type A and can be a demanding and difficult client, but they were always receptive to (and patient with) my feedback, edits, and shifting priorities. They have a lot of talent on their team, and they do a very good job of bringing in the experts for each piece of the puzzle (for example, we worked with different team members for different types of projects or different stages of the process). All the while, I always felt as though I was their only client – which is important to me, because nothing is worse than getting a stellar sales pitch from an agency and then seeing the service fall off either immediately or down the line. Ruckus was not only able to execute my vision, but surpass it. I look forward to partnering with them again in the future.

We came to SureOak with the goal of optimizing our B2B technology website. From the start, the SureOak team was incredibly professional, responsive, and results-driven. We are currently working with Aptitude 8 to implement Outreach.io and integrate it with our Salesforce instance. We've mostly worked with Kaitlynn Sirotkin and she has been fantastic. Many times she has jumped on a last minute screenshare with me to walk me through changes she's made and has been great at communication and follow up. She offered (I would never ask!) to push changes on a Saturday so as not to disrupt our weekday workflows and was even emailing with me hours before taking off for her own wedding. I never would have gotten through this implementation with out Kaitlynn and Aptitude 8. It's rare to find this level of customer service and I'm so appreciative of it. Would highly recommend!
