I would highly recommend Red Spot Design to anyone seeking to develop their website and brand. After first scouting many other website developers in L.A., Seattle, Portland, Miami, New York and a bunch of other cities and being given the runaround by other firms, Red Spot provided the best value for money in the most efficient time possible. David and Dania were extremely easy to work with, were always responsive within 24 hours of every question and task, and they took the time to provide a design with all the functionality I needed in accordance with my exact specifications. My new website turned out just as good as I hoped it would. When compared to other website designers, Red Spot offered the same quality of custom designed website as was offered for nearly twice the price or more by other firms. And as a mid to smaller size firm, they were still able to handle the scope of a web design handling a global family dynastic infrastructure when other firms were asking for much more money or time, which speaks highly of Red Spot’s productivity and standard of care. There’s no reason to waste your time or money considering any other firms trying to wow you with superfluous fluff when Red Spot provided the same if not better quality and service as other firms. They don’t try to push any unnecessary products, layouts or services on you and they cut right to the chase to get the job done the way you want it. I will definitely use their design services again in the future if I need to create additional professional or personal websites.

I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website. Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday.com, which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project. Kobe unethically did not refund money for the half of the project that was unfinished.

I own an online Pet Store and they’ve done a fantastic job with our site and the Amazon advertising portion. We’ve been incredibly profitable and are seeing a significant return. I’ve worked with dozens of agencies in the past, but my experience working with Ruckus stands out as one of the most successful agency partnerships I’ve ever had. From their initial proposal to execution and follow up, I was consistently impressed. My company worked with them on some major corporate initiatives that revolved around re-branding (which included the creation of a new logo, brand guidelines, and numerous print and digital materials for B2B marketing) and building out a new corporate website. Ruckus’ team is extremely organized and process-oriented, and I felt that they delivered support and value well above what I was expecting based on our agreement. I was particularly impressed by the early brainstorm sessions where they were able to pull valuable information out of some of our more reticent executives and turn that into a fully-formed vision for our corporate brand. We hired VisualFizz to maintain and update our website. We recently completed a huge project where they revamped the Member Search feature. The project was very complex as we needed the search feature to have multiple functionalities. VisualFizz was extremely responsive to our needs, setting up as many meetings as necessary and working within our limited budget and time frame for completion of the project. They were at an extreme disadvantage as our previous vendor did not provide thorough documentation on the back end of our website. VisualFizz simultaneously built out the Search feature while creating documentation on our site for future projects. We are very happy with the end results.

I feel morally obligated to write a bad review, because I had a bad experience with WFN and originally I couldn't find any bad review when I was first researching this agency before hiring them, so it was a no brainer. Initially WFN was hired to run a deep site audit before initiating long-term work, from the first contact to the end of the business relationship with WFN took around 1 month. In that month, a lot of time was wasted answering questions that showed lack of development knowledge from the manager (yellow flag), but I thought, not big deal, let's keep going. However, when they delivered their "deep site audit", it looked like it was written by a 12 year old with lots of mistakes, and issues about the sites that weren't real issues. Aftermath, the money was wasted, not a single development task got accomplished after 30 days. After that, I went to Upwork right away, hired 2 developer for HALF the price of WFN hourly rate, and the guys got almost all the tasks done in less than the time these guys wrote that low quality report. In other words, I don't recommend this agency. BTW. WFN if your are reading this. This is Leonard S. and the two developers I hired from Upwork didn't have ANY problem connecting the GIT to WPengine and deploying the sites locally, so you guys should probably consider hiring better developers.

STAY FAR AWAY! I used Searchberg for a few projects and let me explain the situation with one and why you should NOT work with the company. 

#1 Your project manager will always be in a meeting when you call, since the time I signed up with them, I have had 3 different project managers and the issue is the same, they will never be readily available when you call, then the receptionist will tell you that they will get a message over to them and they will call back but NO, they won’t call back they will send an email. They keep switching project managers, this says a lot already. 

#2 I purchased a website, with 1 year of maintenance, they should make it clear before you sign up that maintenance is NOT website edits, it's simply making sure your website is up and running (which doesn’t take much time or effort), and any further changes you may need, ex: need product, title change, price change, etc, will come at an extra cost. OK, fine, let's say I was aware of this and was okay with it, when it comes time for me personally to enter the WP backend to make my own changes, I can not access the entire backend because they used a paid theme and kept the credentials for themselves. So pretty much, to enter the backend of the installed theme that they purchased to create the site, I need the credentials for it, I asked them for it considering the website is MINE and I paid for FULL OWNERSHIP of it, they are requesting I pay to get the credentials for the theme backend. SO now, I am stuck in this circle where they tell me I need to pay for further edits or do the edits myself, then I try to do the edits myself, and OH! I can’t because I don’t have access to it. What a pickle. #3 Their communication is extremely poor and email responses take several days. #4 They do not provide any additional value. They won’t provide recommendations on how to make your website better, nothing. As a matter of fact, they literally do what you tell them and if you are not a website expert they will create a poorly designed site based on your requests when in fact, a trustworthy agency would give pointers as well as provide feedback on why certain things should NOT be done on your site. #5 They promise mobile-friendly sites and DO NOT produce it. I have requested over several weeks to have my website edited based on what I paid for, MOBILE FRIENDLY, and they ignore my requests. Do not do business with them.

With the SEO we wanted to increase our brand online visibility and drive better traffic and sales. Digital Marketing Alive was recommended to us. We decided to team up as their proposal included a clear action plan which was taking into consideration our business goals. They were professional and we knew they know their field of work The whole cooperation from communication, to the SEO process, works, to reporting is really transparent. The process is well-planned and they follow deadlines. The contact is direct and they are open to addressing clients' questions. They use external analytical tools and make sure the performance data is provided in reports. Also, they have a business-focused approach to all SEO matters. We see an increase in our site's visibility in search and this translates into monthly growth of organic traffic in the online store.

We had an old System that was all through paper and nothing digital. Be it appointments, patient info, schedules of our physicians programs or even maintenance. That old system didn’t fit our growing needs in our Clinics model so we were looking for a firm to create a custom software that would help us save time with all of the procedures stated plus help us in automating our processes. We had a very complex schedule that involves many doctors treating the same patient so that’s also why we needed an internal mobile app that is tailored to our needs. We also needed help with social media, we were paying different agencies and had no structure or visibility on what was really done. We needed to have just one partner that manages our accounts, ads, and website updates. We also wanted to experience and build a virtual therapy methodology to treat patients for phobias, addictions, and anxiety. Frenchy was referred to us via another clinic in Beverly Hills in which we know the owners. We scheduled multiple meetings with other vendors to estimate our costs with going with other providers and thought in the end we’d rather go with a young team that has a lot of experience and motivation to deliver results. When Frenchy took over management they introduced us to Jasmine the technical manager during our kickoff meeting. They asked to be added to our social media accounts as admin‘s to fully audit our accounts. They also asked our Go Daddy domain‘s logins and our word press login information in order to make sure that the app that they will creates will be easily integrated Into our current system. This lasted a couple of weeks. After their audit was completed they filled in the missing information and connected the pixel data to our website from the social media in order to make sure tracking was optimized. They found so many issues with the current tracking system and gave us a report of what was done after the second week. Before they initiated the ads they had a meeting with us in order to confirm strategy, Ad copy, and creative. They also re-branded our online image after the third week since we also had issues with our Google platform. Once the social media clean up and ad campaigns were launched on Facebook and Instagram, they started working on our in-house app that would rely on react technology. We created the features together during a meeting with Jasmine and the technical team. Once we defined all the technical aspects of the app they gave us a more detailed quote of how much it would cost in order for everything to be developed. They helped us define an MVP during that technical meeting. At first they would develop the core features that we needed in order to structure our clinics organization better and then the features that were not necessarily needed in the MVP. So First we created a special scheduling system, calendar, and appointment booking system in order to already fix most of our organizational issues. The process of creating this special app and integrating it through react and WordPress took about three months in total. Since there are still features of the app that we did not create we are still on going with certain features but are pretty satisfied with the results already. Frenchy helped us create also a virtual app that connects to the oculus platform. The goal was to make a virtual reality experience for those who suffer from traumatizing events, phobias, and addictions. They brought all the material needed and the machines so that our patients could use the system. They also helped our psychologists to create protocols for the patients using the software. When we had our meetings in the beginning with Chris the owner who was present in order to help us structure our campaigns and set up of the accounts. Jasmine was our main point of contact in our collaboration with FRENCHY. She would be the one that would take our recommendations for the app and website and then she’d give it to her team. Overall We needed a team to help us test this new system and integrate that in the treatment process of our clinic and scale our ads. On the social media aspect they helped us get over 1M views on our ads, over 10,000 patientes booked through our integrated system using social media. We are able to take on average 30 more patients a day since our schedules are no longer hectic. We had to hire 4 more Drs and psychologists since the number of patients has increased by more than 450% in the past year. With the video ads they targeted everyone who had anxiety issues, depression, stress, and who are looking for a 3-4 week detoxification sessions. The objective of these ads were for potential patients to watch at least 10s of the video and potentially send a message directly to the clinic and become a lead. These results are as follows : Over 15,000 Likes 4,300 comments 9.100 Shares 1,797,000 views of more than 10s Meaning that almost 1M potential patients living in this local market, have seen these videos of the clinic. Frenchy started the publicities late October 2019 but have consistently every month up until today have generated at least 300 leads a month in general. In all they’ve generated over 4M dollars worth of traffic to this clinic since the beginning of our collaboration. We communicated via slack, Zoom calls for meetings, and emails for progress reports. Frenchy is an exceptional partner and extremely knowledgeable in their fields though vast. Having extensive knowledge on Facebook ads, Google ads and even enterprise mobile app development was truly the fact that made us go with them and not other agencies that were only specialized in one aspect. This gave us complete confidence in their abilities to deliver and thus we stay partners. Also the fact being that their team is young shocks us but gives us confidence in their drive to always bring new ideas to the table.
