We had to launch a brand new website and app for our customers within a year. We had the concept pretty fleshed out, we had interested pilot customers, but we did not have any developers. What we really needed was development support. We had an interesting model and idea but every person we sought out wasn’t fitting for the position. We wanted to find a vendor who could be collaborative in terms of bringing in some of their staff to work with some of our staff, to help us build the product, and then be able to launch it into the pilot for our customers use. This was also very necessary since COVID19 hit us very hard and we needed a complete restructuring of our online presence. What we ended up doing was actually using Frenchy’s UX/UI designer to do the visual design for us but not only that, they provided two front-end developers and one back-end developer to work with our team, and their developers were fantastic. We had one developer that worked on our old website who was very needy and always wanted to be there when we had to discuss with Frenchy on technicalities but never made suggestions that were valid going forward. Frenchy though was a team player and always gave vivid explanations towards their methodologies and progress going forward. They helped to bring him along with it as well, and provided some thoughts around the types of setups that we should use in terms of our database. They were of course responsible for the development or engineering of the application and Website. In the very beginning, because we had a dispersed team, I wanted to make it more of a cohesive unit. I didn't want it to be an "us versus them" situation. We had an in-person kickoff with them and our dev team. Throughout the course of the project, we tried to meet in-person monthly, just to make sure everyone was on the same track and that Frenchy Digital understood some of our business context. That helped from the technology strategy side as we were thinking about resources. We used Shopify for our new website and React for our APP development and AngularJS on the front-end and JavaScript, too. For the back-end, we are definitely a Ruby on Rails shop, so that was kind of a given. When Frenchy looked at the visual design elements of the application that we wanted to build, they had to use some of the other technologies on the frontend to be able to show the visualizations and make the application work in the way that we had envisioned. They provided their recommendations to our team, there was agreement on those recommendations, and they moved forward from there. We have expanded the scope of their involvement since this initial project for social media management and SEO.

I’m CEO and owner of JanvierLA that is a premium jewelry company in Downtown Los Angeles. My role is to manage the business operations and manage the development of the company internally with external partners. As we looked into the different requirements and modifications we wanted to implement in our e-commerce, we realized it would be more cost-effective to have an expert create our own customized one via a platform like Shopify. Frenchy Digital our neighbor and partner built a customized e-commerce using the Shopify platform. They finished building the product and now regularly make modifications and add new features as we grow. We worked with 1 full-time developer and a Product Manager. I met Frenchy Digital as they were literally neighbors to our business but also looked up other providers on google in which they came up on top. We currently spend around $5,000 a month for their services. We began our partnership in October 2021, and it’s ongoing. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our end clients, saying the Website gives them easy access to our contact form and that we are able to schedule meetings very easily. Thanks to the system they created, an email capture and a chat bot, we were able to get an average of 10 leads a day. They’re persistent and diligent. We have bi monthly status calls to make sure everything is going as planned plus communications via slack on a day to day basis. Frenchy was highly responsive and accommodating to our busy schedules. It’s very difficult to get partners this flexible on our timelines.

We had an old System that was all through paper and nothing digital. Be it appointments, patient info, schedules of our physicians programs or even maintenance. That old system didn’t fit our growing needs in our Clinics model so we were looking for a firm to create a custom software that would help us save time with all of the procedures stated plus help us in automating our processes. We had a very complex schedule that involves many doctors treating the same patient so that’s also why we needed an internal mobile app that is tailored to our needs. We also needed help with social media, we were paying different agencies and had no structure or visibility on what was really done. We needed to have just one partner that manages our accounts, ads, and website updates. We also wanted to experience and build a virtual therapy methodology to treat patients for phobias, addictions, and anxiety. Frenchy was referred to us via another clinic in Beverly Hills in which we know the owners. We scheduled multiple meetings with other vendors to estimate our costs with going with other providers and thought in the end we’d rather go with a young team that has a lot of experience and motivation to deliver results. When Frenchy took over management they introduced us to Jasmine the technical manager during our kickoff meeting. They asked to be added to our social media accounts as admin‘s to fully audit our accounts. They also asked our Go Daddy domain‘s logins and our word press login information in order to make sure that the app that they will creates will be easily integrated Into our current system. This lasted a couple of weeks. After their audit was completed they filled in the missing information and connected the pixel data to our website from the social media in order to make sure tracking was optimized. They found so many issues with the current tracking system and gave us a report of what was done after the second week. Before they initiated the ads they had a meeting with us in order to confirm strategy, Ad copy, and creative. They also re-branded our online image after the third week since we also had issues with our Google platform. Once the social media clean up and ad campaigns were launched on Facebook and Instagram, they started working on our in-house app that would rely on react technology. We created the features together during a meeting with Jasmine and the technical team. Once we defined all the technical aspects of the app they gave us a more detailed quote of how much it would cost in order for everything to be developed. They helped us define an MVP during that technical meeting. At first they would develop the core features that we needed in order to structure our clinics organization better and then the features that were not necessarily needed in the MVP. So First we created a special scheduling system, calendar, and appointment booking system in order to already fix most of our organizational issues. The process of creating this special app and integrating it through react and WordPress took about three months in total. Since there are still features of the app that we did not create we are still on going with certain features but are pretty satisfied with the results already. Frenchy helped us create also a virtual app that connects to the oculus platform. The goal was to make a virtual reality experience for those who suffer from traumatizing events, phobias, and addictions. They brought all the material needed and the machines so that our patients could use the system. They also helped our psychologists to create protocols for the patients using the software. When we had our meetings in the beginning with Chris the owner who was present in order to help us structure our campaigns and set up of the accounts. Jasmine was our main point of contact in our collaboration with FRENCHY. She would be the one that would take our recommendations for the app and website and then she’d give it to her team. Overall We needed a team to help us test this new system and integrate that in the treatment process of our clinic and scale our ads. On the social media aspect they helped us get over 1M views on our ads, over 10,000 patientes booked through our integrated system using social media. We are able to take on average 30 more patients a day since our schedules are no longer hectic. We had to hire 4 more Drs and psychologists since the number of patients has increased by more than 450% in the past year. With the video ads they targeted everyone who had anxiety issues, depression, stress, and who are looking for a 3-4 week detoxification sessions. The objective of these ads were for potential patients to watch at least 10s of the video and potentially send a message directly to the clinic and become a lead. These results are as follows : Over 15,000 Likes 4,300 comments 9.100 Shares 1,797,000 views of more than 10s Meaning that almost 1M potential patients living in this local market, have seen these videos of the clinic. Frenchy started the publicities late October 2019 but have consistently every month up until today have generated at least 300 leads a month in general. In all they’ve generated over 4M dollars worth of traffic to this clinic since the beginning of our collaboration. We communicated via slack, Zoom calls for meetings, and emails for progress reports. Frenchy is an exceptional partner and extremely knowledgeable in their fields though vast. Having extensive knowledge on Facebook ads, Google ads and even enterprise mobile app development was truly the fact that made us go with them and not other agencies that were only specialized in one aspect. This gave us complete confidence in their abilities to deliver and thus we stay partners. Also the fact being that their team is young shocks us but gives us confidence in their drive to always bring new ideas to the table.
