I’ve worked with dozens of agencies in the past, but my experience working with Ruckus stands out as one of the most successful agency partnerships I’ve ever had. From their initial proposal to execution and follow up, I was consistently impressed. My company worked with them on some major corporate initiatives that revolved around re-branding (which included the creation of a new logo, brand guidelines, and numerous print and digital materials for B2B marketing) and building out a new corporate website. Ruckus’ team is extremely organized and process-oriented, and I felt that they delivered support and value well above what I was expecting based on our agreement. I was particularly impressed by the early brainstorm sessions where they were able to pull valuable information out of some of our more reticent executives and turn that into a fully-formed vision for our corporate brand. I also appreciated the excellent communication, support, and “can-do” attitude that I witnessed in our day-to-day interactions. I’m very Type A and can be a demanding and difficult client, but they were always receptive to (and patient with) my feedback, edits, and shifting priorities. They have a lot of talent on their team, and they do a very good job of bringing in the experts for each piece of the puzzle (for example, we worked with different team members for different types of projects or different stages of the process). All the while, I always felt as though I was their only client – which is important to me, because nothing is worse than getting a stellar sales pitch from an agency and then seeing the service fall off either immediately or down the line. Ruckus was not only able to execute my vision, but surpass it. I look forward to partnering with them again in the future.

For the past 2 years, Levo Health has been our marketing firm of record providing all of our marketing services (web, digital, video, print, lead gen, automation, email...). There are 3 key factors that sets Levo Health apart and above any other marketing firm that I've ever worked with: 1) simply put they know healthcare - From the patients to the doctors, not only do they understand the personas of each group, but their team understands the unique journey that people go on as they start researching medical services all the way through acquisition and ultimately retaining those new patients for the long term through nurturing 2) data driven - Effort is great, but results drive growth. Too many firms are content billing you for hours and focusing on how hard they worked over how much they achieved. I feel morally obligated to write a bad review, because I had a bad experience with WFN and originally I couldn't find any bad review when I was first researching this agency before hiring them, so it was a no brainer. Initially WFN was hired to run a deep site audit before initiating long-term work, from the first contact to the end of the business relationship with WFN took around 1 month. In that month, a lot of time was wasted answering questions that showed lack of development knowledge from the manager (yellow flag), but I thought, not big deal, let's keep going. However, when they delivered their "deep site audit", it looked like it was written by a 12 year old with lots of mistakes, and issues about the sites that weren't real issues. Aftermath, the money was wasted, not a single development task got accomplished after 30 days. After that, I went to Upwork right away, hired 2 developer for HALF the price of WFN hourly rate, and the guys got almost all the tasks done in less than the time these guys wrote that low quality report. In other words, I don't recommend this agency. BTW. WFN if your are reading this. This is Leonard S. and the two developers I hired from Upwork didn't have ANY problem connecting the GIT to WPengine and deploying the sites locally, so you guys should probably consider hiring better developers.

They are easy to communicate with, (e-mails, phone calls, Google hangout). They always find solutions to impromptu changes and new needs, and work with the client and other third party partners to assure the proper completion of the project.
