“Why should I pay someone to do my website when I have been doing it myself for more than 10 Years?” This was me. Back in the middle of 2020, I realized that just having a page on the web was not enough to bring in the prospects. I also realized that the more work we got the less time I had to work on the site. It started to look like it was made back in 2010…….because it was. I started looking around for someone who could do more for me that just a website. I was referred to The Media Captain by a fellow music school owner friend who said they were amazing to work with and really helped his SEO. My friend was right! Jason, Alec, and the whole team at The Media Captain are extremely organized, efficient, and knowledgeable. They presented me with a spreadsheet of goals and tasks organized by month, explained their strategy and got my approval for it, and have been working through the tasks methodically, updating me as they go. They made super smart changes to my website which I never would have thought of and my rankings have already improved after just a few months! They also improved my Google Adwords and got the cost per click down. I was initially worried that they would simply advise and I would have to do a lot of work on my own (which would be a bummer since I don't know anything about this stuff!), but that's not how it works. Our Google search position went from nowhere (second page or worse) to first or second, depending on the search terms entered, and this happened much sooner than I expected, just a couple of months. I contacted TBH Creative in late October 2020 to inquire about having an ecommerce website designed for my new business. After the initial meeting, and after noticing the favorable reviews TBH has received, I felt confident to move forward with the project. From the start, Tatum and her team proved to be extremely knowledgeable of web design, and very effective at delivering coherent "user friendly" communications. Tatum personally reviews all work done by her team, and in one instance when she noticed an assignment could be provided at a higher standard than what was presented to her, she informed me of the issue, and was apologetic for the slight timing delay. Tatum then applied extra effort in response. At the end of the project, I tested the website and suggested a few adjustments; Tatum's team made the adjustments within a quick turnaround time. As part of the close of the project, a member of Tatum's team provided me with an hour long training session which was very informative, and Tatum shared with me several SEO and marketing tips. Even with the slight unanticipated delay, and Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's holidays, the project was completed to my satisfaction in approximately 3 months(the initial anticipated timeline). I plan to utilize the talents of Tatum and her team for future add-ons/upgrades.
