1. Our clients come first. This idea seems like common sense but sadly, in the marketing world, that is not the case. Putting our clients' interests first means we prioritize driving revenue for them and not ourselves by guiding them down the right path to what they should be doing and will benefit them most.
2. We're not "full-service". We're not everything to everyone and don't want to be. We feel specialization is the key to better results. By only focusing on what we're the best at we remove distractions and continually get even better, faster.
3. We're not order-takers. As we mentioned in #1, we guide our clients down the path that's right for them. This may come as a surprise but sometimes what a client wants and what a client needs are not always the same thing. This is why instead of asking our clients what they want us to do, we educate them on what we feel they should be doing. In this way, we operate less like a marketing agency and more like strategic advisors who become essential to your business.
4. We're in it for the Long Game. We only want to work with clients we can help. Unfortunately, we cannot produce stellar ROI for everyone. It's true, we are Sharks but not magicians and if we don't feel we can truly help you grow we'll find you someone who can.
