They helped us early on in the process to define uncertain variables. Inspire Visual built a team for us with a consistent project management contact, and build a custom team of designer, coders and QA. We love their creativity and ability to be flexible, so for us it is an advantage that they are not a medium or large sized agency. We liked that they build a team with the specific skills we needed, so there wasn't additional unnecessary cost.

Blue42 created a new website, took on social media advertising, and has done a few small graphic design projects for us. I would give Blue42 a 10/10 in every area, but what really sticks out is their customer service. They are very good at communicating, and everyone is very knowledgeable in their area of expertise.
