What did you like best?
As a small B2B startup, we were likely one of their smaller customers/projects. But I was never treated as such. They were highly attentive to detail and my requests & questions throughout the entire process - they delivered a great new website for us.
What did you like least?
All web redesigns take more effort than anticipated. Be prepared to committed to invest your own time to ensure you are truly partnering with the design firm. Especially during the final month of the project.
Overall Experience
Very positive throughout the entire experience and I am highly satisfied with the final product. Knowledgeable team - well versed in web design best practices, UI, SEO, creative design, mobile responsive, martech integration. Organized using SaaS software to plan and track the entire project, set milestones, and deliver the entire project within the expected timeline. Respected my opinion, yet politely pushed back when they thought I was going down a path that could impact conversions. Since launch, the new website has reduced bounce rate by 40% and session duration has increased by 2x - off to a great start.

There was not a single flaw in the process of partnering with Matt, James, and the rest of the Yelling Mule team.

Yelling Mule is a very sharp and up to date team. They aren't afraid to express their opinions which is extremely valuable for strategy. They give high level and advanced advice.
What did you like least?
They're a relatively small team and I want all of their time, but I understand they have other clients, too. It wasn't a problem but since I have to give an answer...
Overall Experience
Great team - very smart - very thorough. I'd recommend them especially to people who are looking to enhance the technology surrounding their web presence / website.

A product of success, Yelling Mule has become very busy and rightfully so - get in line and make your appointments early to schedule website updates.
